"Where were you?" Amy asked her son at night, who returned back to hospital with his clothes to stay with his mother.
"Home, I took a nap, showered and came back," he lied.
"You can go to school directly from here then,"
"Yes ma, I will go from here,"
"Am glad you have a nice friend like Min Ah now," Amy said. She leaned back against the pillow. Derek did not say anything. "Derek, treat her well, you should always treat her well,"
Derek nodded and looked away. "Why? Do you not like her?" Amy asked.
"No, she is my friend nothing more, to me she is like a sister ma," he cleared his mother's wrong intentions.
"Is that so?" Amy felt disappointed.
