Izuku and Midnight happily ate their breakfast and enjoyed each other's company.

They talked about numerous recipes that they liked and the distance between them shrunk quite fast.

'She is a really enjoyable person to talk to if she talks about normal stuff and doesn't tease me. However, I feel like she warmed up to me too fast. I've been constantly getting more and more points from her and we have only been talking.

Moreover, I've found out that I have one more passive ability that I couldn't find even when I used "observe" on myself.'

'The only way to check this passive ability is to use "Observe" directly onto the window that pops up when her points go up.'

Izuku used "Observe" the moment he received some points and a small white window appeared in front of him.

'How did her points go up so fast by only talking. It doesn't make sense. It's been less than an hour and her points went up almost by a hundred.'

Izuku carefully read every name on the list and couldn't help but be surprised.

'Why do some people on this list have 100 max points while some have 300? I guess it has to do something with female and male categories.'

A particular name caught Izuku's attention. Itsuka Kendo.

'So she wasn't kidding when she said she likes me more than Kacchan. Her points are a bit higher than hers. But that's probably a coincidence.' Izuku thought.

He scanned through the text again and saw a few names that bothered him.

'Leo Kendo, the Joker.

I am really curious as to why I didn't even know he was Itsuka's brother.

Principal Nezu (Subject 427)? What the hell is that?'

The joker was a weird ability, as Izuku read his stats once, he remembered all the details. The user had to have less than -80 luck for it to take effect.

'Leo might even be invincible with that kind of ability. Although I don't know the details, he could be a really strong hero although now that this happened, he will never want to be a hero.'

Nezu on the other hand, really bothered Izuku. He met him when he was younger, but didn't read his stats as he was attacked by that terrible headache at that time. But it seemed like he was experimented on by someone.

'I feel like whenever I use observe on someone, I am peeking into their lives. It's a weird feeling.'

Midnight was still passionately telling him about everything she managed to do on her own, from a giant cake to a vegan steak. While she hesitated whether she should actually wait a few years and pursue him, something was still bothering her. When Izuku was a kid, she almost killed him with her quirk. Till this day, she was blaming herself for what happened.

Izuku saw the weird look on her face and asked, "Is something the matter?

Midnight sighed and replied, "It's been on my mind... Do you remember when I visited you with Edgeshot and Nezu that day, right?"

Izuku nodded and said, "Yes. Of course I remember. Are you bothered about what happened to me?"

Izuku didn't know what was happening at the time, so he called Nezu and asked him about it. He in return, told him about her, blaming herself that she hurt a poor kid.

Midnight blamed herself for what she did so when she met Izuku today, she wanted to apologize for what she did in the past but she completely forgot about it since she had so much fun in the past hour.

Midnight nodded and patiently awaited his answer.

Izuku smiled and said, "Don't worry, I don't blame you for anything. I am completely healthy and there is nothing wrong with my body, so don't blame yourself. Let's not talk about this issue."

Hearing him, Midnight had a relieved smile on her face

She was just glad that he forgave her. It really weighed on her heart for a long time.

"Thank you..."

Midnight turned around and went to wash the dishes. Izuku could see small tears forming on the corner of her eyes.

'She blamed herself this much?'

Both of them were silent for a few minutes. The awkward atmosphere was bothering both of them.

Finally, Midnight couldn't hold on any longer as she could tell that the conversation stopped flowing so she tried to talk about cooking again.

Izuku didn't want to interfere her storytelling, but he wanted to figure out more about Leo and Nezu. Especially about Leo because his behavior bothered him a bit.

"Um. Midnight-san? Can I ask you something?"

"Sure! What can I do for you? What do you want to know? I can divulge some information about the exams if you want me to."

Izuku smiled and replied, "No, please, don't do that. I want to enjoy the thrill of not knowing. Also, aren't you supposed to like... Keep it a secret or something?"

Midnight winked at him and said, "Well, since we already share a little bathroom secret, it won't hurt to share another one... Right?"

Izuku grimaced when he recalled the bathroom incident from earlier. 'There is no way she would tell anyone... Would she?'

Midnight couldn't help but laugh. Sometimes he looked serious and talked to her normally without any problems at all and now, he looked so derpy.

Izuku looked at her face smiled. He was glad that she finally relaxed and was back to her old self. But that only meant one thing, she was ready to tease him again.

"Come on Izuku-ku~n. Don't be such a scaredy-ca~t. I won't tell our secret to anyone."

Izuku sighed and replied, "Thanks... I wanted to ask you about Leo Kendo. You said that you are friends with madam Lilian, that means you probably know about Leo, right?"

Midnight furrowed her eyebrows and said, "Yes, I know about him, I was wondering where he was. I didn't see him here." she sat back on the sofa and continued. "But, in any case.. Did you say Madam Lilian?! She should be Madam Kendo to you, boy!"

'Damn, I made a mistake, I shouldn't have addressed an older person like her by her first name so casually in front of her friend. I didn't know she was so set on formalities like that. They must be really good friends.' Izuku thought.

He immediately apologized. "I am so sorry, I didn't mean to be impolite."

"Call me Nemuri as well!" Midnight declared.

"Huh?"

"It's only natural to call me that since you addressed Lily by her first name and she is much older than I am!"

"Huh?"

"So what would be nice... Hmm... Nemuri-chan or Nemuri-san... It definitely can't be Nemuri-senpai. I don't like the sound of that. Let me see, let me see...Let's go with Nemuri-chan that sounds cute! Now, try it!"

Izuku couldn't comprehend what was happening. Just what does this woman want from him now?! It's only a weird request after a weird request. She was so normal when they talked about food too...

Midnight was getting impatient, "Come on, say it... Or else your secret will be revealed!"

'That's blackmailing!'

After hearing what she said, Izuku resigned himself and completely followed her command. He did exactly what she wanted. "Nemuri..." Izuku murmured.

"Wh-what did you just say?"

"Ne-Nemuri.." Izuku shyly repeated.

Midnight got instantly impaled through the heart by numerous imaginary love arrows. 'Oh, he is so daring... To not use any honorifics while addressing an older person. Oh... Maybe he thinks that I am young so I don't need honorifics. I like it!'

'Oh no. Not again.'

That's what Izuku repeated in his head numerous times that day. But deep, deep inside, he surprisingly enjoyed her company a lot.

"You are such a killjoy, Izuku!" she removed her hand and pouted.
