"Greetings Lord Zeno I one of your kaioshin Kaio-Shen humbly bow to you and ask for a request from you and the Grand Priest." said Shin as he the East Supreme Kai of universe 7 bowed in reverence with another West Supreme Kai also from universe 7. This request in particular was very new to all present whom were in order of importance was Lord Zeno, The Grand Priest, the Zeno guardians, Lord Beerus, the Angel of Universe 7 Whis and the two Supreme Kai. And the request had to deal with a young kaioshin, not just any young kaioshin but a child Kai born from both the Supreme Kai we see here. " Lord Zeno would like to know what your request is East Supreme Kai of universe 7." Grand Priest stated. "I would request that Lord Zeno find a use for our child. Even though he is want by us he is not needed in universe 7. We humbly ask our Lord to form a council of the gods to find a place that he can best serve the Lord in managing the multiverse where you see fit." Shin offered his request after Grand Priest asked him.

Within 24 hours of Grand Priest contacting all the Angels and their respective G.O.D. were all in attendance waiting for the meeting to commence. With the start of the gathering Grand Priest says " Greetings G.O.D. and Angels of each universe. Lord Zeno has gathered you here to hear any suggestions you may have on the subject of the day for a new kaioshin that has been born by two Supreme Kai of universe 7. The request was made to find a place for him to help better himself and the multiverse as whole." The crowd was stunned to find a young kaioshin step forward and present his face to the G.O.D. and Angels. This kaioshin was a light plum color mixed between his father and mother. He stood at a hight of 5'6", his hair was a blue-purple tented white mohawk, he ware a green coat with orange lining, red waist cloak, black long-sleeved with matching pants, orange boots and his Potara earrings were orange. As he bowed to the G.O.D. and Angels Grand Priest continued" We need to find a place for this you yet to be name kaioshin any offers." While the Angels listened each G.O.D. began say their piece until one Angel gave a suggestion Kusu of universe 10 and the oldest sibling of the Angels"Greetings Lord Zeno and Grand Priest, I suggest we give this kaioshin a new duty." Lord Zeno and Grand Priest look at each other the back at Kusu. "What do you suggest this new duty be my child." Grand Priest asks. "I ask that instead of trying to place him somewhere where he most likely will never be needed let us try something new. By creating another universe and letting him build it from scratch." states Kusu. Everyone in attendance is confused until she continues to speak her thoughts" Not right now though. Give him to his universe's G.O.D. and Angel to learn how to manage an entire universe."" You mean make a new G.O.D. out of the young Kai?" G.O.D. Beerus asks. The whole gathering is shocked at the implication of creating a new universe, of having a new G.O.D. and that a ksioshin no less. "You do understand how long this could take and that it may never even succeed so why should we do such a thing Kusu?" asked Grand Priest. "I have three reasons. One because he is not need but has a use. Two to test each universe's skill at universal management and to see what each universe can do to better themselves. Three to see if a new universe with a new god and new angel can develop a better universe to please Lord Zeno. And to add pressure to the older universe who have been stagnant for the past eons." Kusu giving her reasons as to why it could be done.

As Lord Zeno sat in his throne Grand Priest looked at him the look back at the gathering and stated" LordZeno is pleased with your suggestion Kusu and agrees. With your plan how long should his training take until he can start his new universe, also will he train with his angel or separate, and after his training does he go straight to his universe or learn from watching the other universe to get more experience."" I think 150 years of straight training should be enough for his power sense he already has God ki, together would be better so they can grow better chemistry and work better as a whole that and the angel he gets can learn on the job, and give him 1000 years in each universe to gain experience and to see how mortals work and to see what species he wants in his universe." Kusu says a plan of action. Grand Priest looks at Lord Zeno then back and passes the decree" Lord Zeno agrees. So let it be known here today I, The Grand Priest, pass my Lord's order. Whis you will train this new soon to be G.O.D. and his Angel attendant to the best of your abilities for 150 years. After him and his attendant will travel each universe for 1000 years adding to 12000 years to gain power and experience, also to choose the species you wish to have in your universe." Everyone acknowledge The Grand Priest then he asked the young kaioshin in center stage" What is your name future G.O.D. kaioshin?"" My name is…."
