"Oh the master ordered me to after he found out about your incubus bloodline, don't worry though, he might trouble you but he will never be able to do anything to you" Marie said as she thought I was scared which strangely I wasn't even though logically I should be since he is Theodore's son and I did just cuck his entire harem and steal it for myself
"Oh well I guess it doesn't matter" I mumbled and kept going
"Hahaha welcome my boy, it is good to see you finally on your feet, hah it was only a few weeks ago that you looked like a child and now you are as tall as me" Theodore said with a gloating expression and treating me like his own kin which I'm guessing is because of my bloodline
"Hey Theodore it's good to see you too, so what did you want to see me about?" I asked and got straight to the point without the slightest care for pretenses
"Ah I see straight to the point very well" He got a bit disheartened at that and I felt bad but I didn't stop him, I just couldn't trust so easily even though he was my savour
"First we need to check your talent and element I am guessing you don't know what it is, and then we will test you by putting you up against a goblin and increase the difficulty every time you have passed a test, this will allow you to gain experience, we will also change the monster so you can also gain experience against different monsters" He explained with a straight face and looked towards me and saw my expression remain stoic
But I was anything but calm, as I was truly startled from this test out of nowhere and I was also excited to finally learn how to fight, as that is the first step to getting stronger
"You will not be allowed to have sex this week as we will focus on improving your physique, although for commoners it is rather hard to achieve even minor results in a week we will be using some pills that will make your muscles way more prominent and you will gain a bit of fat, this will be achieved strictly by fighting using the pills I made" Theodore said with a gloating expression at the end which he suppressed when he saw my excited expression, he was expecting me to admire him I'm guessing
"So when do we get started I'm excited to fight, I want a sword please" I said and looked towards Theodore as I had no idea what weapon to use but I was excited about using a sword
"Hahaha calm down boy, I forget you are a little kid when you are this tall, first you will place your hand on this talent stone and then we will for today only check which weapon suits you best you will fight a single goblin with each weapon we have and then we will make a sword for you but you will practice with a regular one while the blacksmith makes one for you" Theodore said and snapped his fingers and then 2 maids walked in pushing a table with two stones over them, one was a transparent stone and the other looked grey and dull like a regular rock
"Alright so what do I do?" I asked confused while looking at the stones and analyzing them, then after seeing that they are very ordinary I looked at Theodore
"It's pretty simple just touch them and they will showcase your talents, the first one is called the talent checking stone, and I know it's boring but the creator of it named it that and then the Element Founder, this one is more exciting I guess, but simple nonetheless, anyway just hold over your right hand on the talent checker and it will be brighter the more talented you are, the Element Founder will instead awaken your element and showcase it by displaying a certain colour that corresponds to your talent, pretty simple red is fire water is blue etc." He said and looked bored while explaining this to me but I didn't pay attention to his face any longer and just stared at the stones with a nonchalant expression as I knew that those with the system end up being the best after a shit ton of chapters either way
And as I placed my hand on the talent checking stone or whatever it's called, it started to glow brightly and I checked Theodore's expression and it looked the same as always
"Well it's alright you don't have that great of a talent for an incubus but it's still better compared to the average genius of the human race, not by much but enough to call you at the top of the prodigy list of humans, I'm guessing this is bad for an incubus but it is still good enough to become a semi top powerhouse in the future with enough hard work, please proceed with the Element Founder"
He explained to me with a reassuring smile that made me feel strangely good
As I placed my hand on it, it displayed purple red and black
"As expected of an incubus, although some don't have fire and instead have water, this is still amazing considering even I only have 2 elements and it is considered extremely good to have 2, although more effort will be needed to master them, by the way the purple one is lightning and the black one is the curse element, you should be feeling a bit of some strange energy inside you swirling about, now then let's get onto your choice of weapon" Theodore spoke neutrally at me
