The burnt food

While Lucas was carried away with the action displayed in the sitting room by Renee and Xavier, he forgot that he was preparing a meal. And when it occurred to his memory, Lucas opened his mouth widely.

"My God!" Lucas alerts himself bitterly, with tears almost dropping from his eyes. Lucas ran into the kitchen upon getting the food opened.

"It is burnt food," Lucas said to himself as soon as he turned off the gas cooker.

"Did you let the food burn?" Joycelyn and co-workers who had smelled the burning meal told him. Meanwhile, Xavier and Renee had been taking away the romantic touch at Renee's private restroom, which was far from the main sitting room.

"What exactly were you thinking when you let the food get burned?" Lina Renee, the chief domestic worker, asked.

Lucas remained silent and kept staring at the meal.

"You should think of what to offer the moment she demands it." Lina said to him, disrespectfully.

"You know what to do." She said that to him and left. Unfortunately, as Lina got down the stairs, she heard Renee call her name.

"You called for me, miss Renee." Lina asked her, standing at Renee and Xavier presence. Whereas, Xavier had taken his shower alongside Renee; ready for dinner.

"Serve the food yourself." Renee said to Lina, with a smiling face. Lina's heart beats the moment she is asked to do so. She had to try explaining, but Renee didn't allow her to say a word.

"I know the chef is there, but at the same time, I don't want him to serve the food, so get the food served immediately for my special and lovely man to eat as well." She added.

Lina left for the kitchen, seeing Lucas still staring at the meal she had told him.

"She has demanded that you serve the food."

Lucas' heart cut: "Are you surprised? Don't you know that the food was meant to be eaten, yet you allow it to get burned?" Lina said to him:.

"She dishes the food like that." Lina said to Lucas: Lucas had to dish the food as it was burned, and on the other side was an empty plate beside it.

He did this as Lina went to meet with Renee again.

"When you finish dishing the meal, you can serve them as well." Lucas instructed her in expectation of being scolded as usual.

"Just know this: your marriage with her terminates today." Lina told him as she held the food.

Lucas, as usual, stared at her and watched her leave.

"I will love to stay behind the dining table as I expect the result of what has happened." He said this and walked gradually to the dining room, standing at the door with his ear wide open.

"Thanks; get the plate open," Renee said to Lina. While Lina tried opening the plate, her hands were shivering.

"What is the problem? Are you sick.?" Xavier asked Lina

"I am not." She answered him and got the plate opened. Meanwhile, the smell of burned food filled the dining room.

" What! Renee screamed. He held the second plate, and while she opened it, Renee again realized it was an empty plate.

"Is this a prank or what.?" Xavier asked.

"Please calm down, my darling; I think something must be wrong somewhere." She pleaded with Xavier and shouted at Lina.

"Where is that incompetent man, the classless human I picked from the road and made my husband? He has finally disgraced me." Renee shouted so aggressively. "Go in there and call him for me. He has to explain to me the meaning of what he has just done."

Lina was about to turn when she heard a sound from the door, seeing that it was Lucas Lina inform Renee.

"You must be stupid for doing that." She shouted at him. Lucas had to bend his head and be ashamed after being slapped by the woman he called his wife.

"Do you know what you have done? You want to disgrace me before my love, Xavier." She said it to him aggressively.

"What else has he not done? The fool has ended up proving his incompetence in the job he is known for." Xavier said this even after knowing that Lucas is Renee's husband.

"You want to distract me from my romantic night." Renee spoke to Lucas. "You have failed." She added.

"You couldn't allow me to explain before taking action." Lucas said this to Renee bitterly.

"Shut up your mouth, you son of a bitch." Xavier scolded Lucas more.

Lucas couldn't retaliate as his eye was filled with tears, which he tried to consolate himself.

"I have lost my appetite." Xavier said angrily. He stood from the dining chairs, walking down to the bedroom, murmuring.

Renee followed Xavier, pleading with him.

Lucas rested his hands on the dining table, watching Renee move into their matrimonial room with Xavier.

"She met it when she said she is spent the night with him. So it is not a surprise to me." "What I have to do now is get the food trashed, but how will I accept this evil right before me.?" Lucas spoke about Renee cheating on him. "I should give her the benefit of the doubt. She might just want him to passed the night in the room." He pondered and said more. "No, it is clear that Renee has started cheating on me." Lucas to be sure of himself. Drew got closer to the bedroom door, and on getting there, he heard Renee moan.

"I can't let your body off me; make love to me the more" Renee said, as Xavier deepest his private part inside her vagina, like her vagina outfit.

"I have finally wed with a cheat." Lucas said as he felt disappointed and fell beside the door, sobbing with eyes full of tears. Lucas was the one who dressed the bed, only to dress it for Renee to cheat on him with her man on the same matrimonial bed.
