Another of the mercenary members quickly joins the conversation to move in fast to keep any misunderstanding from breaking out into something quite serious at this time.
"Yes Rey right, I had no intention to offend you that way, I just want to know the story of yourself being here among the human north," Scott says as his tone comes out to be friendly.
Hoping that would help the human Valgard to see that he means no harm by the words that came out of his mouth. Not good to piss off a son of the chief here where those around could easily turn into enemies with one word.
"You're quite wanting to learn about my story, are you someone that likes stories?" Xalroz asked, getting the feeling of it.
"In a manner of speaking, yes, hearing about those I found worth learning about their stories is better than standing and listening to all this nonsense going on." Again Scott the half-elf spoke out of hand.
