Liam Said Yes Out Of Anger

The news about Terry being forced to go on a date gets to Liam in his office, information gets to him faster than any other person, the company workers left the office at their accurate time, Liam stayed behind, he had some work to finish, him staying behind means Alfred is affected, he had to stay until he was done.

Alfred brought the hot gossip to his boss, he entered his boss's office with a calm look, and Liam gazed at him with his dark cold eyes "Speak!" He ordered.

Alfred bowed "Young Master Terry had been forced to go on a date, the governor knows he is gay sir, he threatened him with his boyfriend's life, he had no choice but to adhere to the governor's request" he informed. The information was brought to Alfred by the Spy they had in the government office, that spy must be a close acquaintance of the governor.

Liam dropped his pen on the desk, he raised his head "What a fool he is" he sneered. "Hasn't he broken up with his boyfriend?" He wondered.

"A new guy he met recently sir" Alfred informed his boss. Liam stands up, his hand in his pocket "Interesting, Who is the new boyfriend and who did he go on a date with?" He asked, his gaze focused on Alfred.

Alfred was like Liam's google, he get the information he needs from Alfred, "His date was the unknown daughter of Mr. President, his new boyfriend happens to be unknown for now sir, but he moved with him not quite long" he explained.

"Wow, uncle Phillip is working hard, he hooked him up with Mr. White's daughter," he said with a hint of sarcasm.

"He must have been so disappointed in him or is he acting up because of the 20% shares, Madam Smith promised to give the first that get engaged among you two'' Alfred speculates.

Liam laughed in a mockery manner " If it's about the 20% shares, he is such a loser, I own 40% shares of the company which makes me practically the owner, when will they grow up?"

Alfred smiled, his boss's mood hasn't been a good one since morning but it seems the mood is lighter and more conducive "Young Master Terry should be careful with the guys around him, he wants love while they just want money, just to suck him up like a parasite, they are bloodsuckers" He pitied him.

"Since you pitied him so much, why don't you date him" Liam teased.

Alfred shooked his head in disapproval "No sir, I am straight, I just said that out of brotherhood" he defended himself.

Liam sits comfortably on his chair "I doubt you are straight, I have never seen you with any lady" he said.

"Did he just say he had never seen me with any lady, it was not like I had to chance to take any lady on a dinner, I had been busy thanks to him"Alfred thought.

Liam was expecting a reply but he didn't get any "Did the cat cut your tongue?"

Alfred quickly composed himself "N...no sir, my reply is that I am not ready for any relationship, ladies are so dramatic"

Liam recalled what happened to him that morning, he sighs and nodded in approval of what Alfred said "They are too dramatic for my liking, I don't see myself getting engaged anytime from now" the thought of marriage freaked him out.

Alfred gazed at his boss, "Has he forgotten he gave his mother the go-ahead on his engagement" he thought. Alfred cleared his throat "Sir. You gave Madam Lola go ahead on your engagement with Ms.Leah" he reminds him.

Liam gazed at him coldly "When was that?" He asked coldly.

"It was in the afternoon, something I had no idea of was pissing you off, one or two workers were fired and madam Lola called at the wrong time, she informed you about the engagement and you gave out your consent" he explained in fear.

Liam punches his desk in rage "Fuck!" He cursed out loud. His anger today was extreme, out of anger he said yes to an engagement, by now his mother would have informed the whole family, and he facepalmed himself.

Alfred took the courage to ask him, what was wrong with him throughout the day, he even refused to eat "Sir, today was a bad day for all the workers, I wondered who pissed you off to that point"

"Shut up!" Liam yelled at him, Alfred bowed and apologize for asking too much. Liam calmed himself down, it was so unnecessary to vent his anger on Alfred, it was not like his mother can force him to do what he doesn't want to do, he can't marry Leah because he sees her as a puppet.

Liam picked up the pen on his desk to finish his work "After this document proofreading, let's get out of here" he said to Alfred, and Alfred nodded in approval.

After Sarah finished her carbonara, she and Terry spend the rest of the date discussing the necessary things to do, they came up with the idea to inform their parents about their likeness toward one another but they will like to take things slow and start from basic which is boyfriend and girlfriend level, that will help Ezra and Terry's relationship and Terry won't be the target of his father, he won't have to be watched by anybody, at least that will help for the main time.

Terry smiled at Sarah "Thank you so much for helping, I truly appreciate your loyalty" he appreciate her.

Sarah sneered "Don't get the wrong idea, I am not doing it for you but for Ezra who is like a brother to me, and also you guys should act fast and inform Heemani about your relationship, I am not a good secret keeper, I will also inform her about my identity so I have nothing to lose" she warned.

Terry take note of what she said "We will act fast, as soon as she recovers, we will inform her.

"She will be discharged next week, so prepare yourself mentally and physically for her" he warned him and stood up from the seat "Help me with Ezra so that we can take him to my car, I have to drop him at my house he is drunk" she informed him.

Terry looked displeased with her "He is my boyfriend, he is my responsibility, I should take care of him not you, think about it Heemani would suspect something is wrong with him if you take him to your home, just tell her he had gone to the hotel for his night shift" he said with confidence.

Sarah thinks for a moment before she finally agreed "Okay, he should be safe with you Mr. Boyfriend" she said with a hint of sarcasm"

Terry rolled his eyes in disinterest "Let's get out of here" had carried Ezra in his arm and covered his face with his jacket and led the way out.

Sarah opened her mouth wide "Wow he is strong" she said and followed him behind.
