Away at last

"Why is there a cat in your closet?" One guard asked. "Oh Kitten!" ATLAS exclaimed. "I brought her into the ship but then she disappeared while I was flying. I just thought she was napping, but I guess she got stuck in the closet." ATLAS lied. "Oh, well as long as she is a registered animal she is allowed to realm hop." the captain informed him. "Yes, one moment I can grab her papers.'' He walked into my spare room. moments later he came out with a stack of papers. He pulled out one that had my name and stamp and all the animal stuff. 'Bet that little liar faked those off of my birth papers.' I thought. I stood up and just on my four paws I was just as tall as the captain. 'Ha, shorty.' I thought with an inside laugh. After the guards searched the rest of the ship I shifted back and started pulling through the inspection wall. Once we got that part of the operation we had to register for tickets to walk through the realm hole that only opened twice a month. Of course we didn't have enough money for the entire ship and ATLAS and his "Cat". For the rest of the plan to work I had to call in a favor from my little friend the Mayor. I hid ATLAS in my pocket and went into The Gallery of Planets. There I found my birth planet and went to the Mayor's office. I heard from a little bird that he was in the Capital on some "Official business" . I changed my outfit using the magic that I knew so I had a blue dress with daisies all over it, I also had sandals that had straps that wrapped around my ankles. My black hair was curled and had a braid around the back. I smiled at the guards, "I'm the Mayor's son's fiancee. I need to tell the Mayor about the surprise I have for his son." I said sweetly. The guards traded a look then let me pass. I walked through the door rolling my eyes at their stupidity. When the doors were closed I snapped my fingers and my normal black attire reappeared. Slamming my hand on the desk I got his attention. He looked startled by my appearance. "I need the money that you owe me." I said sitting down in the chair across from him. "What makes you think I owe you anything little girl." he said in a belittling voice. I crossed my legs and smiled, "If you want that son of yours to get married you'll give me my money." I fired back. "So you're saying if I give you the money then you'll marry my son?" he said looking pretty pleased with himself. 'The cocky little scoundral' "Actually no, if you don't give me my money then I can make it where no woman or girl will ever want to marry him. Not even for money." I contemptuously. Titling my head a little. He sucked in a breath. He knew what I could do, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it. "Is there any way that we could get through this without any magic or bloodshed?" he asked. "Well it depends. Do you want to give me my money or give me access to realm hop without paying? Your choice." I shrugged. I could see the conflict in his eyes. "Give me until tomorrow. I'll have the money for you." "No, I want it now." I growled. "I don't have it on me!" he exclaimed. "Fine, you have two hours to get it to me. And no guards." I said standing up. "Of course," he said, sounding a little relieved. I walked to the door and changed my outfit again. Walking out I waved goodbye to the guards then went to my ship.

Resting my eyes I had ATLAS set a timer to wake me before the hour was up. "Callie?" I heard him ask. "Hm?" I replied. "It has been thirty minutes past the last time I tried to wake you." ATLAS whispered. I jolted up and stared at him. "WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME!?" I shouted. "I tried but you wouldn't wake up." he shrugged. I groaned and got up grabbing my bag. I went to The Gallery of Planets again. I dressed like I had earlier and waited for him to come out. When he did he had a black bag hanging from his arm. When he reached me I opened it using my ability and I made sure it all was real. It was all there. I smiled and saw the guards looking at us. "Thank you father-in-law!" I said with a fake smile. He looked at me in confusion for a second then realized that guards were watching us. He then smiled, "Anything for you my dear! Go enjoy the rest of your evening with my son!" he said, giving me a quick hug. I went and registered ATLAS and I for realm hopping making sure to use my cat name "Kitten". When we were cleared I flew us through the portal after I had ATLAS hand the tickets to the conductor like people. When we got through we were greeted by more guards. I stayed shifted as a cat but had ATLAS's chip in my pocket so he would be able to leave the ship. The guards escorted us to the desk where we got our tags and green cards. After the hassle of paperwork and crap we rented a hotel and started looking for a new home.
