Chapter 50 Talkative and Noisy

Nicole suddenly remembered that today was the 15th, the day she would receive her salary.

In the past, her mother would have already called her for the money by now.

"No." Aunt Shannon thought for a moment and shook her head.

Nicole found it quite hard to believe. People like her mother only cared about money, so it was impossible for her to forget about Nicole's payday.

"Where's my phone?" Nicole turned her head to look for it.

"It's here." Aunt Shannon took Nicole's phone out of the bedside table.

Nicole couldn't get up. Fortunately, her left hand was fine, so she could check her phone lying down, but it made her hand a little sore.
