The bright light took over the attention of everyone in the room and they saw a beautiful female
figure made up of raw magic.
The light decreased slightly and they were all able to make out that it was Arina they were looking at. Her eyes completely white with no traces of her irises and so was the rest of her body and her hair was flying up into the air.
Arina after a long silence, stared at the Queen and said in a deep voice that didn't belong to her.
"Light Casting: Sceptre of the Heavens!"
Golden Sparks began to form in front of her. Arina slowly drew out her hand and a golden sceptre formed in her hand. The Sceptre had a blunt edge with a sharp handle with a white design of a butterfly on it.
This was not a Spell she was able to perform before which meant she had unlocked another Spell.
"Look." Zake drew everyone's attention and pointed towards Arina's Power Watch. The glass of it was slightly cracked vertically and a new number was displayed on it next to the information on Stage.
"That's... not possible." They thought.
{Stage: 13}
Arina finally moved and pointed the Sceptre towards the Queen.
"Oh, no."
Arina released a large and mighty golden ray of magic towards the Queen.
The Queen was taken by surprise but she was still able to activate her Armor which then formed all over her body, replacing her clothes.
It was mostly a dark blue with ash cloud patterns around it and was made up of a chestplate, leggings and boots.
"Barrier!" The Queen activated and a shield of white magic appeared in front of her.
When the shield and the ray of magic made contact, there was an obvious winner. The shield was slowly being dispersed by the ray.
The Queen used more magic and made the shield as powerful as she could and seemed to be blocking the attack again.

Stray blasts of magic were being created from the two struggling forces. Two bolts of magic came towards the three Casters.
"Picture Casting: Color Sphere!"
Luz as well as the two boys' Charms were ready for use again and the Picture Caster quickly created a forcefield made of rainbow magic to stop any attack that came their way.
Arina noticed her attack was being stopped so she used her Seraph Charm and used the Strengthening Spell by saying, "Strengthen."
The Queen felt a sudden increase in pressure and force.
"Damnit!"
*kaboom
The Queen was knocked diagonally eight feet high into the air and crashed through the ceiling and walls.
"Light Board!" Arina casted and a large platform of light the size of the entire floor they were standing on.
Luz grabbed the purple orb of her broken Sync Staff and she and the others jumped on top of the Light Board, hoping Arina still recognized them as her friends.
Whether it was knowingly or unknowingly, she allowed Luz, Zane and Zake to get on and she then shrinked it to move through the large hole she had just made. The hole luckily, did not touch the foundation. Otherwise, the whole Academy would have gone crashing down.
The three Casters followed Arina up, a little frozen with fear to talk to the latter.
They arrived at the hall of the Academy once again and saw the Queen on the floor, her armor slightly damaged and her coughing out blood. If not for her Stage 12 Chestplate, she wouldn't have survived that since she had no powerful defensive Spell.
Arina walked forward to her and the three Casters were scared that she was gonna finish her off.
Arina walked closer again and Luz finally btoke out of her fear. She walked towards Arina and grabbed her hand.
"Ari..."
Before Luz could say anything more, Arina lost the white aura around her body and her blue eyes could be seen again.
"What.. happened?" She said weakly, part of her body resting on Luz' arm.
The Queen, seeing this stood up and took the opportunity to apologize. She moved towards them while slightly limping which scared them a bit.
"I'm sorry. I was wrong." The Queen said, bowing shortly before raising her head up again.
With a tired smile, she added.
"I'll call off this war and I'll keep your secret, Half-Seraph." She said and they nodded and smiled, feeling like they finally had peace.

Less than an hour later, the Queen made another message that was broadcasted in Neon and Obsidian simultaneously. In the message, she explained the situation to them and apologized several times during the message. She had altered the story slighlty, so as to not having Arina involved in it but said it was a rogue citizen under the name of Neon or something similiar to that.
The next day, there was a meeting held out throughout the two countries between their representatives. They established peace between their two countries and formed an alliance with each other, making Neon and Obsidian now on friendlier terms than before. They all also took out a moment of silence to appreciate the few people who died during the war.
People moved back to their houses after reconstruction ended quickly, courtesy of the Great 5 Casters and Seraph Families.
On the same day that night, a celebration was held by the Neonites, the venue being My Caster Academia. Everyone was dressed for the occasion, there were a few D. Js, neon lights and an open air party.
Arina had dressed beautifully in a short yellow dress with a black belt with butterfly patterns tieing it all off. Serena on the other hand wore a red dress with the same belt except hers was a grey color while Luz wore a blue and purple dress, with purple and black butterfly hair pins on her braids.
Yuri, Ayato and Kuro had dressed in black, orange and white suits respectively with butterfly shaped cufflinks.
Zane, in his white vest with a purple shirt tucked underneath and a tie went to grab some orange punch from a table. He almost slipped on his untied silver shoe when someone caught him before he could land on the ground.
"Thanks." Zane got up to see the nice person who had caught him. He looked up to see a pink haired girl with a black dress with a golden butterfly brooch on it and a golden hair band.
"Ah, Vanessa!" He said, trying to look the other way because his face was red.
"No problem." She replied to his first word with a vibrant and energetic smile.
'Aww. He's totally crushing on me. Maybe I can get to know him better and then I'll..'
"Wanna dance?" Vanessa interrupted her own thoughts and asked with her right hand sticking out.
He looked at it for a while, dumbfounded.
"S-Sure, I..." Before he could answer, Vanessa had taken his hand herself and took him to the dance floor.
Meanwhile, Arina was by herself leaning onto an empty table and staring at the moon. Unbeknownst to her, a certain boy was watching her, holding his drink and staring at her in awe.
'I never realized but.. I'd like to unite this world together. If we're united, we can take on anything that comes our way.' Arina thought as Obsidian and Neon were now on friendly terms because of her.
