Lock In

After the little event, the students were informed the following sunday and were told to stay inside the Academy or the Dorms, and classes would not commence for the meantime. At least, not until they found out the cause of the problem.

The ones who had made this decision were the head teachers which were Kento, Nex and Zina.

This was because Ririka was not present at the moment and wouldn't be for a while.

The reason the students told to stay within the Academy was to prevent a potential traitor or traitors from escaping.

Also, the Forcefield had been reinforced with more magic, giving it a darker purple color than how it looked like previously.

"Whoever planned this shouldn't have been able to pass through the Forcefield." Yuri told his other classmates. Currently, all the students of Class D were in the class discussing what had occured the previous day. "It can only be affected from the inside." Yuri added, having the same ideology as the heads of the Academy.

They were also wearing their regular clothes instead of the uniforms they had changed in some way or the other which was all the work of Luz. She had helped decorate their uniforms to suit them with her Picture Casting on the first day.

"So it's someone on the inside."

"You're right. There's a traitor in our midst." Serena quickly followed up with what Arina proposed and the class was shocked while some of them laughed at her statement.

"That's not possible. No technology can bypass this Academy's magic." Zake said after his much enjoyed laugh.

"It's not impossible." Kasami argued and not long after, they all began to argue except Arina and Yuri.

Yuri began to look at all of his classmates, he had this knack of sensing things so he couldn't shake off the feeling that this 'traitor' was from the class.

Yuri breathed in before talking, "I need you all to give me your Charms." He asked them out of the blue with his palms stretched out.

They all took a step back.

"No way."

"Not a chance."

"What if you're the traitor?" They protested, all unwilling to trust him, at least most of them.

"Fine, you can keep my Charm." Yuri flinged his brooch shaped like two crescent moons facing each other over to Kasami who caught it.

They were all put at ease a bit by his action as he wouldn't be able to use his magic to its full ability.

"I hate to admit it, but i trust you." Arina took off her brooch and dropped it on the table Yuri was standing by.

"Thank you, Arina." He said and to not look suspicious, everyone dropped their Charms on the table. Yuri then got to examining them.

Yuri inspected all the Charms.

"There, I'm done. Let's get this straight. If you don't get youre Charm, you're the traitor." He spoke, holding a box holding all their Charms with both hands and was standing in the front of the class. They all shuddered in anticipation, waiting for him to reveal the identity of the traitor.
