Adam the Natural

Arina prepared herself as she held the wand in her hand and pointed it at herself.

"Speak it well, clear and loud, one's too small, make it a crowd."

A blue sparkle of magic left the wand and entered her body, causing a yellow glow to come off her.

She turned to her left and two people looking exactly like her appeared but then shortly disappeared as this was her first time casting the Clone spell. The Clone spell could create multiple clones on you depending on how much magic you used and how many Open Gems you had.

Then from somewhere in the class, someone laughed causing everyone to look at them. The boy had purple curly hair, he wore a casual black shirt with orange jeans as uniform didn't have to be worn in class.

The boy, Adam got up after Arina went back to her seat. He picked up a wand, one with a dragon head gem.

The reason he laughed was because Clone spells were a basic spell and he himself was above the class, being at Stage 3 while everyone was at Stage 2. This included Arina because she as a Seraph was at Stage 2 and only had one Open Gem while Adam had three.

"Shine like a star, don't be a bore, do the real thing, Dragon's Roar."

A crimson swirl of magic appeared above Adam's head and a dragon's head could be seen and it was seven times larger than Adam's own head.

"Wow!" The whole class was stunned including Arina and Luz, the kind of Spell Magic Adam excelled in was known as Animal Mimicry.

This allowed him to cast spells that could create animal parts or entire animals, Drachs or regular animals.

Classes ended later and Arina and Luz had learned a lot on the first day.

For one, Casters could also channel magic through wands which Luz had shown when using her orange tiger wand.

They also learned that they were three main types of Spell magic. Change spells, State spells and Conjuring spells and Seraphs could only normally use one type.

Change spells were spells that could affect others while State spells affected one's self while Conjuring was the ability to create things. Adam's Animal Mimicry fell under this type.

They also learned that Charms could be used in different ways. If a person was to have two slots (Open Gems) available and wanted to use a spell for a longer amount of time, they could add the second slot to the original slot to make the spell last for ten minutes.

Two days from now though, all the Seraph classes would gather below the Academy where they would recieve their Spell Books.

They would get these Spell Books somehow through the use of a Well of Magic. A hole in the ground that had raw magic flowing through it.

"I wonder what mine will look like?" Arina thought as she went to bed.

As Luz went to bed, she noticed Arina sleeping peacefully.

"Thank you for letting me come. This has been really fun." Luz smiled as she went to bed too.
