What is it?

Ziva was incredibly lucky to avoid being fired, thanks to Willy. The man helped Ziva and explained to Erlando that he should give his employee another chance. Considering Ziva's diligent and excellent work performance, Erlando eventually dropped the idea.

Unlike Gio and Erlando, Willy showed his admiration for Ziva. Like any normal man, Willy seemed attracted to Ziva from the first glance. 

"Why did you help her? Isn't she just a janitor?" Erlando looked annoyed that his plan had been thwarted. 

"I heard she's a hard worker. Without people like her, your office might turn into a dump," Willy defended Ziva. 

"Tch! What's going on with you? You're clearly interested in her. I can see it in your eyes, Will." 

"What? Well, it's not so much that I like her, but I do admire her effort. You know, in today's job market, it's rare to find someone like her. This office is lucky."
