CHAPTER 7 My Wife

　　"I might not have entered your office before 8, but I was here before then," Autumn replied calmly, trying her best not to clench her teeth together because she was irritated with the way he was acting all bossy.?

　　He had all right to, he was a boss after all, but because she had seen another side of him before this, it was quite hard to fill that side of him in her head with this new one.

　　She silently prayed that her nightstand with him and the marriage certificate issue wouldn't cause issues between them now that he was her new boss. All she wanted right now was to be told to resume work and she would do everything to stay low-key, so as not to draw his attention to her.

　　"I see that you're much calmer than you were the other day. Why?" He raised his eyebrows at her, slightly mocking her. "I thought you were one to scream the whole building down?"
