Unbelievable!

Termites bit her all over as she struggled, screaming with them. Bonnie and Dolores stood at a distance, laughing loudly.

"OMG!!"

"THIS SIGHT IS THE BEST!!"

They laughed till their stomachs hurt. Mia's whole body was red, as she tried to free herself from the termites.

"HELP ME!!! GIRLS!!!"

Suddenly Red stepped downstairs, and as His children noticed him, they faked loud tears.

"Mia!!" He grabbed a huge blanket from the sofa and covered Mia up, spraying chemicals everywhere to kill the termites.

"GIRLS! DON'T TELL ME YOU DID THIS!"

"No way, daddy! It was her! She was trying to empty this cage on us, but we showed her we were smarter."

Bonnie winked at her dad.

"I'LL KILL THE BOTH OF YOU! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?! Let's go Mia."

He led her upstairs and took her to his room.

"Okay. You freshen up in my room, while I ask someone around to tidy up the room and bathroom you're gonna be using." Red explained.

"Thank you sir."

"I'll excuse you." Red immediately left the bedroom.

Mia took a robe she found and inhaled the fragrance. It wasn't Red's, probably his wife? She slowly took off her outfit and slid it on. She stared at herself and all the bites from the termites.

"Will I cope with those kids?" She took a long time in the shower, pondering. After an hour, she got out of the shower and went back to the room to apply lotion to her delicate skin. The lotion was also for females. What if Red was lying to her? She thought of so many things. She thought of Oliver, and why he wasn't even at work. As she slid off the robe to put on an extra outfit in her bag, she was shocked to see an eye glued to a tiny hole on the door.

She gasped loudly, and slowly walked backwards to get the eye. She didn't put on the robe, and only did that when the eye kept gazing up and down her body. She thought it was one of the kids and opened the door angrily.

"YOU...." She was flabbergasted at who she saw.

"RED? I mean...Sir?" Her eyes were full of anger and worry. Why would he bring her to this room only for this? And what if he had recorded the whole thing to blackmail her like in movies she saw?

"What were you doing here?" She asked him, confidently.

He looked at her with keen interest before he finally spoke.

"Am..am sorry...I couldn't help it. You were just so beautiful and I wanted to give it a look, am sorry."

He apologized and he looked sincere. Mia never joked with her body. But this was critical. It was her boss's friend. What if she yells now, and he asks his friend to fire her? What will she do if there's nothing to take care of Becca?

"Its..okay." She said. Red was quite surprised.

"I think she feels the same way about me." He said inwardly. "Am hungry. I'll cook everyone something before I leave" Mia smiled.

"That's a plan!" Red led the way while Mia followed. Her smile slowly turned into a scoff.

"MIA SALVATORE!!!!" Her eyes fell open immediately, and was surprised, on seeing the gorgeous face in front of her.

"Sir! You're back! What happened yesterday?!" Oliver was shocked. She was even more shocked that she was saying those things.

"I...I..I was out with someone...And we ended up falling asleep together." Mia scoffed. She knew the 'someone' would be a lady.

"You're damn senseless, you know?"

"What?" Oliver asked. "Nothing, just talking to my shadow." "You don't know what you'll do for me. Tonight, we will go home together, and do my chores. My maids are failure!" He lamented.

"They can't cook?"

"Nope. But there's so over me, am too handsome." Oliver said proudly.

"Ironic." Mia rolled her eyes.

"Sorry, I can't. Am on a part-time Job, and I can't do it altogether." She told.

"If you don't leave that part-time job and come over tonight, am sorry,you're fired here." Oliver said coldly.

"If you're threatening me, fine, I'll come to your house tonight." Mia shrugged.

Oliver turned to leave the office but he smelled cake.

"Yum, who's eating that?" His mouth watered.

"When your mouth waters without even seeing the cake, then you're definitely crazy." Mia said and he laughed out loud, as she took out the cake from a gift box.

"Can I have some?" Mia gently cut little with the knife and placed it in Oliver's open palm.

"Yum! Its sponge cake! More, more, more!!" He yelled.

"You're Oliver Richardson, aren't you? Then how did you become Oliver Twist?" 

 "Have the whole thing!" She handed the gift box to him.

"THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU MIA!!" He yelled so loud, Mia thought people would hear them. She focused on her needles after that.

"I LOVE.." Her head flew upwards to look at him, at the sound of the love word. Oliver blushed briefly and ate the cake.

"I love the cake. Its delicious." He said awkwardly and left her office. Mia stared at the door, and had no idea when she started chuckling.

"He's cute." Mia thought inwardly.

"Snap out of it, Mia Salvatore! You can't have anything to do with those men!" She yelled at herself.

Suddenly, someone entered with a pile of fabrics.

"Please sew some gowns with this and give them to Miss. Emma when she arrives here."

The worker dropped the fabrics and left. Soon after, she went to pick Becca up from school, and dropped her at Reba's place before going back to her office to continue her work till 8pm.

"Sir." She entered Oliver's office at 8:30pm, while he was busy with files.

"Am busy right now. Wait for me in the car. Here are the keys. Don't you dare drive off in my car." He threatened coldly while working.

"Am very sorry sir, but I have a car too." She replied.

"Alright. I'll send you an address, then you drive there and wait for me. By 9pm, I'll be there." Oliver told, and signaled for her to leave.

She left with her bag and locked the office. She bumped into Red as she turned around.

"Mia. My kids are all alone at home. Why aren't you with them?" Mia was pissed off on seeing his face.
