8. Demon League

After leaving the 2 of them alone. Lin Fan came back to the private residence and rentered the Temporal Demon Spirit Book as it have been 10 days since he last entered it. After entering the Book he immediately brought out Phaseless Divine Fruit'e potion and drank it and started cultivating. He did it for next 30 Years and realised that he had made some progress and stabilised his cultivation of Emperor Rank to some extent. When Lin Fan came out only 2 hours passed in real world.

Starting Next Day, Lin Fan went into closed door Cultivation and wrote a letter and gave it to Nie Li and asked him to pass that letter to Venerable Red Soul. The content of the letter was simple. 'Teacher I am about to reach Heavenly Axis Rank and need sometime in closed door cultivation. You can check the result after my secluded cultivation period is over as proof.'

When Venerable Red Soul saw the letter he was shocked beyond belief and immediately gave a leave to Lin Fan. Lin Fan asked 10 of his Peak Martial Ancestor Subordinates to protect Nie Li from Long Tianming's Men when they come to the private residence but he asked them not to kill anyone.

When Lin Fan came out of his secluded cultivation. Nie Li, Lu Piao and Gu Bei were recruiting members for Demon League. Lin Fan immediately told Nie Li that he will support them with Spirit Stones and that he can increase amount of Spirit Stones to 50 Spirit Stones per member. When the news came out it caused an uproar among the disciples and many people rushed to join the Demon League. On the first day more than 600 People joined the Demon Leauge.

Nie Li imparted cultivation techniques to the Demon League members and Li Xingyun taught Gu Bei and Lu Piao about how to manage their subordinates. Lin Fan continued providing them with required number of Spirit Stones based on the members of Demon Leauge and told Nie Li to work hard on his own.

Over these 2 months Lin Fan went to cultivate inside Temporal Demon Spirit Book, whenever the restriction was removed and today too he went inside the book's time and space to cultivate.

Outside At A Certain Place...

Gu Bei came to Nie Li and said "Nie Li, the Yin League issued a notice to hunt down our Demon Leauge Members in the outside world."

Nie Li was amused and asked "What kind of faction is Yin Leauge?"

Gu Bei seriously said "It belongs to the Yin Clan, it is the fourth strongest faction of Divine Feather Sect. The one leading them is Yin Wufeng and is the first in line successor of Yin Clan. He is close to Gu Heng and have a Cultivation of Heavenly Aixs Rank."

Nie Li nodded and said "I understand but this isn't much quite a fight are meant to happen if we want to gain a foothold in the outside world."

After having some small talk both of them left. Nie Li went with Li Xingyun to get some Deity Lakes while Gu Bei returned to Lu Piao and both of them took Demon Leauge to the outside world with Li Xingyun's forces.

Lin Fan didn't tried to stick his head in anything they did not unless Nie Li brings back people of Sky Origin Clan and becomes Sect Master of Divine Feather Sect. He don't understand how and why MC's of other Novels butt their heads in every place.

What if Nie Li's destiny got ruined and he lose to Sage Emperor then won't they be like sitting ducks. The only thing he changed so far is that he protected them from Divination, gave them Mutated Saint Jiao Dragon and is now supplying Spirit Stones for his Demon Leauge the rest of the time he is just constantly trying to increase his strength and reach God Rank as soon as possible.

When Demon League went to their exploration, Lin Fan sent his 10,000 Martial Ancestor Rank Subordinates and told them to help Demon Leauge kill Gu Heng and his people if Gu Heng attacked the Demon League but he also told them to hide in the dark and do it after Li Xingyun arrived and only to use Peak Heavenly Axis Rank Cultivation and not to show their Demon Spirits also if the people of Demon League ask who the force belong to then they can tell Gu Bei, Lu Piao and Li Xingyun that they belong to Lin Fan as for others he told them not to answer back. He also told them to contact his mindscape and return after the work is done as they can return back anytime from anywhere afterall they are part of his body.

The Martial Ancestor Subordinates obeyed and vanished from their spot. All of them were looked like 50 Year old but in reality they were Immortal Demon Spiritualist Puppets and this was to confuse Sage Emperor. They even had same Demon Spirits as Lin Fan. No matter which Demon Spirit he integrate with they will also get the same Spirit.

Lin Fan cultivated for one whole month with every 10 days gap he used Temporal Demon Spirit Book. Inside the book the one won't age as it have a completely different Time and Space. One day, when he was resting in the private residence he felt that all of the Martial Ancestor puppets have returned back. A smile appeared on his face. At evening, Lu Piao, Gu Bei, Nie Li and Li Xingyun came to the private residence. Li Xingyun also came as he wanted to see Lin Fan as he was also looking forward to meet the mysterious owner of such a strong force.

When Lu Piao saw Lin Fan he immediately shouted "Brother Lin Fan, you have so many strong people under you. Why didn't you tell us."

Even Gu Bei and Lu Xingyun were confused as to why Lin Fan never helped them when he had such a large force. Lin Fan immediately replied "Rely on yourself. This time I saved you so that your cultivation don't regress back by 1 level. I won't help you anymore."

Lu Piao immediately retorted with an ugly expression "You don't see us as brothers."

Lin Fan smiled and replied "Only Nie Li understands why I am doing it." After saying this he went back to his room to have some rest.

Li Xingyun who saw Lin Fan for the first time didn't understand how a person like him can have such a strong force so he asked Nie Li "Nie Li, How can he have such a strong force? Who is he?"

Nie Li smiled and replied "He is a very powerful person and those people are his loyal servents."

Li Xingyun was stunned and thought how strong can Lin Fan be but finally he just nodded his head. Then they began to discuss about how to deal with Gu Heng and they followed the same approach that they took in manga, novel and anime. Everything returned back to the right path.
