Magic Law

Once again, the Chaos Bell spoke, "Somebody is altering your destiny once more."

Feng Lou was stunned. After a moment, he asked, "Is it the same person?"

"No, I don't think so," replied the Chaos Bell. "This time I was prepared, so I was able to predict what this person wanted to change. This person doesn't want you to heal Zhurong."

Before Feng Lou could even say anything, Chaos Bell once again said, "This change was far more dangerous than the previous one, it actually wanted you to kill Zhurong, which would have resulted in war between human and witch race,"

Feng Lou was shocked, and a little afraid, but he was also a little relieved because he also got to know, that someone was changing his destiny because of Zhurong and not because of Chaos Bell.

Chaos Bell, out of nowhere, said to Feng Lou as if it was planning something, "Use the healing Technique that you got from skeleton mage to heal him, I will help you hide from the Way of Heaven,"

Feng Lou was surprised by Chaos Bell's suggestion and asked, "Are you up to something?"

Chaos Bell replied confidently, "You could say that. But trust me, whatever I have in mind will only be for your benefit."

After hearing that, Feng Lou felt a bit unsure, but he trusted that Chaos Bell wouldn't harm him.

While Feng Lou was thinking that, Zhurong was finally placed in an empty room.

After Zhurong was settled, Feng Lou turned to his father and, with a touch of drama, confessed, "I haven't mentioned this earlier, but I actually have an innate power, and it's a healing power, although I am not sure if it can help him," Feng Lou made up this excuse not for his father but for the beings that were playing with them like puppets just in case they suspect something.

Feng Wei was taken aback upon hearing that his son possessed innate powers. He knew that only those favored by heaven or naturally gifted could possess such abilities. He couldn't fathom why his son had kept this power hidden from him.

After hearing that the innate power was a healing power, Feng Wei pushed aside his concerns and quickly instructed Feng Lou to enter the room and heal Zhurong.

Feng Lou went inside the room as his father instructed.

Inside the room, Zhurong lay still, Feng Lou quickly went up to him, beginning to murmur the incantations of his healing spell but before he could finish muttering the spell words, Chaos Bell's voice resounded in his mind, urging him to wait for just one more minute. It said let me create a barrier around so that whoever is monitoring us can't watch what we are about to do. 

Right as Chaos Bell said that, it hummed with energy, drawing upon the immortal energy from Feng Lou's aperturew. In just a minute, a protective barrier was erected. Once the barrier was in place, Chaos Bell gave the signal, "You can begin now."

Hearing Chaos Bell's words, Feng Lou began to chant the spell words while channeling his immortal energy to create a magical circle. Soon, a small magic circle materialized in the air before him.

As the magic circle manifested within the room, high above in the sky, a colossal golden magic circle materialized in the sky. Gradually, it began to rotate, and soon, a cascade of fireworks burst forth around the circle, illuminating the heavens with dazzling colors.

Zixao Palace

Taoist Ancestor was sitting there, his presence still seemingly ethereal, hovering between the realms of reality and illusion.

As the magic circle appeared in the Prehistoric Realm, the Taoist Ancestor suddenly opened his eyes wide. They seemed to hold entire universes within. His gaze shifted toward the massive magic circle, like he was trying to understand it. Then, he spoke up, "New Law!" His eyes continued to scrutinize the magic circle, and then with a tone of disappointment, he said, "This law is weak. Even at its best, it will not be in the top 3000 laws,"

As the Taoist Ancestor uttered those words, he began to pinch his fingers, attempting to find the creator of the new law. To his surprise, he found himself unable to calculate anything related to this individual, as if they were shielded from his sight, seeing that Taoist Ancestor remarked, "Interesting, a lot of interesting things are happening nowadays, is it because the age of saints is coming or some chaos demon has revived. Regardless, it matters not to me. My sole focus right now is merging with the way of heaven."

Other bigshots of the Prehistoric World such as the emperors of the monster race, Saint Nuwa, and the three pure ones, had similar thoughts about this new law which appeared out of nowhere. 

The inside of the Room was lackluster compared to the outside, a small magic circle was healing Zhurong and Feng Lou was sitting cross-legged in front of him, suddenly an emotionless voice came into his ears and said, "Name the law,"

Hearing the voice, Feng Lou was taken aback, thinking Zhurong might have awakened. However, Zhurong remained unconscious so he started asking Chaos Bell about it in his mind.

Soon the Chaos Bell reply came and it explained, "That voice is the Way of Heaven speaking. It's asking you to name the law you just used and created."

Feng Lou expressed his shock, saying, "What do you mean? You said no one would find out that I used magic in this world."

Chaos Bell responded in a monotone voice "And no one that will hurt you knows, only one that knows about it is the way of heaven because you used immortal energy to operate magic so it was able to detect you, but don't worry, way of heaven is fair so it won't cause harm unless provoked."

Chaos Bell added, "Hurry up and name the law. It will bring you great benefits."

Hearing this, Feng Lou responded bitterly, "It seems you're more concerned about my strength than my well-being." and to this Chaos Bell didn't say anything.

As Chaos Bell remained silent, Feng Lou sighed bitterly and addressed the Way of Heaven, saying, "I'll name this law Magic Law."

As Feng Lou uttered the name, the same voice he heard earlier echoed across the Prehistoric World, affirming, "The name of this law is the Magic Law."
