Katrina and her grandmother entered the building, at the receptionist desk Katrina mentioned her grandmother and her name, she also mentioned that they had a meeting with the CEO at nine. The receptionist immediately took them to the executives floor where they were requested to wait in the lobby area.

They waited for half an hour before a young woman with a mini skirt and a very tight white see through blouse walked out of the office. They could clearly see that her lipstick was smudged, but the young woman didn't seem to care as she just looked at Katrina, smiled and swayed her hips as she walked to the secretary's desk in the lobby.

The young lady only informed the CEO that they were there after she applied her lipstick, fixed her blouse and combed through her hair. Katrina just kept taking notes in her head how much of their time that the girl wasted. She also took note of all the changes that the company needed to go through.

When they were allowed to enter the office, the striking off started. Katrina pulled out her phone and took notes. 'Number one, he isn't dressed decent for the workplace, number two, it can clearly be seen that he was intimate with his secretary or more sexytery. Three, he is smoking and don't seem to care about others around.'

"Anthony," a very stern feminine voice was heard behind them. Just then they saw a middle aged woman pass them and the next thing they saw, was the cigarette was snatched and out from the young man's hand as she whispered something to him. The young man quickly fixed himself before gesturing for them to sit.

"Mrs. Webber and Ms. Montgomery, it is an honor to have you both here with us. I first want to apologize for my son's behavior, he don't usually do these things. He is normally very respectful to his elders and normally don't spoke. I will surely get to the bottom of this after the meeting. I really hope his behavior wouldn't change your mind. Instead we would offer come better compensation," the woman said.

"We did agree to meet up today to discuss the terms and agreement to make this merger and acquisition successful. I accept your apology on behalf of your son, but I do hope that there wouldn't be a next time," Mrs. Webber said.

"I am glad to hear that Mrs. Webber. I will tell you a bit about our family, firstly I am Su Lin Frost, this is my husband, Eric Frost, Anthony is my elder son. I have a younger son, but he is presently in the United States persuing his masters. You will meet him at the engagement party."

"Mrs. Frost, I don't need an introduction of your family, I already know everything about your family and business. What we are here for is to discuss the terms and agreement of this merger and acquisition. Concerning the engagement and wedding, we would prefer the engagement be the simple signing of the terms and agreement. As for the wedding, it would be best to sign the marriage certificate at the Civil Affairs office. A ceremony would happen later on when the couple decides on it," Mrs. Webber said.

"That will be fine with me," Anthony said with a smile, but Katrina did not miss seeing it.

'He must be thinking he can can do whatever he wants.'

"So what are your terms for this marriage?" Mrs. Webber asked.

"We want shares from your company. Ms. Montgomery will be getting shares from our company as well. She must be innocent, faithful and very obedient as well."

"Fair enough, I don't need shares from your company anyway. However, only after the signing of the terms and agreement I would give you ten percent of my shares, which is the company's shares, and you would give Katrina ten percent of the main shares of your company, meaning it must be from you the parents and not your children. On the day they are legally married, your son, whichever one she marries will get twenty five percent of her shares and the son she marries will sign over twenty five percent of his shares."

"That is fair enough, we can then sign the agreement now, Anthony would be marrying your granddaughter Katrina," Mrs. Frost said with a smile.

"Actually, those are the primary terms my grandmother said, and it still applies. The secondary terms, according to these papers," Katrina said, taking the file from Peter and place it on the table, "According to my terms in addition to my grandmother's, one, after we, Anthony and I sign this agreement, if either of us are found cheating before our wedding day, the guilty party would have to give the innocent party ten percent of their shares, meaning I have a hundred shares, I am found guilty I would have to give Anthony ten of my shares, I am found guilty again, then it would be nine which is ten percent of ninety, and so on.

"Two, this one may sound unfair because I don't have any siblings, but I don't have a boyfriend, anyway, if the son I am engaged to, in this case Anthony Frost has been found guilty more than three times before the day we get married, he must withdraw from signing the marriage certificate with me as well as give me all the shares I am entitled to for all the times he was found guilty until the wedding morning and his younger brother would have to sign and become my husband. Being engaged does not mean I have to marry a cheater.

"Four, if ever my husband and I have a divorce his shares would return to me upon his passing if he have no children, even if he remarries, but if he have children, whether it be ours of from his new marriage, the child would get all his shares, if he have children, the eldeat would get ten percent of the shares more than the others. If his children is underaged when he dies, the children still gets their shares and no one other than them are entitled to use their shares.
