Nicole is frozen in place and when we are instructed to attack our opponents, she doesn't get the chance to defend herself. He mouth is wide open and I kick her shin with a kickback.
The professor comes to where we are and he seems to look at our progress. Nicole sees him and she snaps out of it.
"Defend yourself," Mr Warwick tells her and then he looks at me. "Work on you stance," he says and then moves to the other pairs all around the class, correcting them and instructing as well. That gives us time to talk and I can see Nicole has like a million things that she wants to say.
"What?!" she whisper shouts and we continue the combat.
"He came for me when the building exploded," I say as she attacks me but I easily evade her punch. "Apparently, I called on to him and that's how he found me," I say as we go hand in hand.
We see the professor's eyes on us and we don't talk until he moves again.
