After visiting the site, the group began to head north for Sapphire. It would take a couple of days on horseback to get there, time that they could shorten if they moved as far as they could between rests.

Metsumi and Kaori would ride on one horse, Ash, Opah and Satsuhiro, would all be on the other. The horses they used ended up being provided by the Council, steeds with enough stamina and speed to make short work of the trip.

They had told Satsuhiro about the buff they received from the site they visited and he said that if they encountered any creatures on the way to the northern city, they'd take the time to eliminate them to secure some easy EXP.

"Break," Satsuhiro said. "Gotta let the horses rest a little. We're making good progress, with any luck, we'll be there by tomorrow," Satsuhiro said. Ash got off and everyone began to stretch their legs.
