After killing the Minotaur King, Ye Song exhaled a long breathe.

He smiled after having such a battle, he felt his blood boiling because of the fight earlier.

After calming down a bit, he commanded the Penguins and the Hamster to finished the rest.

The Penguin Commandos and The Rat God cleared out all the monsters around.

While his pets were busy, Ye Song was just standing while looking at the field.

As much as Ye Song can see, from one end of the horizon to the other was open field.

He could see the rough earth that had sparse patches of short grass.

He then looked at the sky and let out a carefree smile, he said.

"I finally found a good location to build a town".

While he was immersed in joy, he was still worried because he still have a big problem..

"I do not know how to build a town .. I have no experience doing it".

He was thinking of how to build a town when suddenly he heard the system spoke in his mind.

After he clicked it, he noticed the heaven coins on his Inventory.

He wanted to see how it looks like, so he clicked the [Normal] house.

He saw many designs of houses on the screen, there was a house with flat mud roofs that can found in rural area. there were also modern houses with streamlines roof and flat tiles and with maximum space utilization but little in the way of style.

There was also a tenant house that has futuristic style and apartment complex filled with numerous rooms.

The sample of variety images were forming a line.

The most expensive one was the hotels which exceeded 999 heaven coins.

Ye Song cringed at the prices when he saw how expensive it was.

He then press back again and check the [Others] this time.

There were facilities like bathhouses, inns, and other building such as bakery and playgrounds, The prices ranges from the cheapest to most expensive price.

For example, the bathhouses was in the 20 heaven coins price range and the most expensive was cost about 200 Heaven Coins.

He thought to himself.

"Even If I become poor, I need to build this bathhouse, I need new memories in the bathhouse so I can forget that traumatic experience in the Kokoro Onsen".

After he finished browsing all the buildings available in the [Item Shop], He started planning on how to budget his heavenly coin to make a starter town.

But before he make a town, he first tried building a house.

It was a fireproof structure and excelled in earthquake resistance. the price was expensive but Ye Song didn't hesitate to choose it, because this concerns the safety of his family when they live there.

After that, many styles of houses appeared, from different colors, different themes and many more.

From countless houses to choose from, He chose a simple dark blue house with a pointy rooftop and medieval theme.

Ye Song was obsessed on medieval era so he was planning to build his town under that theme.

While the house was being processed according to what he wanted.

The system made a suggestion if he wanted to make a specification for the electricity to be running and make a self sufficient energy type house..

He thought about this and told the system to make it self sufficient, so he doesn't have to worry about maintenance and of course, to pay the bill.

Even though it will cost him heaven coins for customization, he doesn't care about any of that.

He still chose it, because it was convenient.

A complete self sufficient type house was, simply put, one that can do any basics without needing outside help. If the house can manage the electricity and other stuff, that will be awesome.

The house will use natural energy on the surroundings and will convert it to become electricity.

Even though Ye Song didn't understand how it works, there are many mysteries in the universe that have not yet found an answer, so he didn't think too much about it.

He wanted to be more comfortable, if he wanted to make a town, he will have the difficulty of building a powerline for electricity.

He also have no idea who can do that kind of job, especially when the monsters are attacking everywhere, the powerline will be dangerous for the town, It can cause explosions and massive wildfire if monsters invaded the town.

After customizing the house to make it self-sufficient, a notification pop up on his screen.

The cost of his house was almost 4,000 Heavenly Coins, he was a bit surprised but considering the customization he made, it was understandable.

After a bit, a 3D map of the surrounding area appeared in front of him. he chose where he wanted to build his house.

The sound of crumble and earth trembling made him flabbergasted, he looked at the area around him and he was shocked.

The grass and soil on the ground were being pushed away by some invisible energy. and something like a stone blocks and steels swelled out slowly

"This would probably become a house?" he thought to himself.

In a flash, self-constructing house appeared right before him, he couldn't make sense of the situation, he looked at it, while dumbfounded.

Even though the house was being made slowly, he can't still make sense how this was happening..

He couldn't get surprised anymore so he just let it passed and wait for the house to be complete.

To pass his boredom, he opened the [Entertainment] on the catalog and looked at what kinds of things it offer. he saw many things related to entertainment, movies, books, mangas and many more.

After thinking for a while, Ye Song bought a Playboy Magazine under [Entertainment] for 3 heaven coins.

Even though it was expensive, he still bought it without any hesitation.

He pressed [BUY] like a man, he made a smug on his face and opened the heavenly magazine.

He saw many cultivation materials and started cultivating while in [Cloaking] to kill time.

Meanwhile, the penguins and the hamster came back after clearing out the monsters around the area.

When they saw what was happening, they were shocked and dumbfounded when they saw the ground started moving on its own and a house like structure was being made slowly.

They looked for Ye Song to asked what was happening.

Ye Song while in cloaking, didn't bother appearing to them and just told them what they need to know.

When Ye Song explained to them what was happening, they finally understand what their master was doing, they were dumbfounded and couldn't close their mouths for a long time.

They thought they needed to build the town from the beginning but when they saw it, they realized they didn't need to do anything at all.

They were intrigued and watched how the house slowly emerging from the ground, but just a few moments later they started to feel bored because construction was too slow.

They asked Ye Song if they can play somewhere and when they got permission, they all jump happily and disappeared in a flash.

One hour passed, the house had finally fully risen from the earth. he watched it from beginning to end and was fascinated by how mysterious it was.

From being dirt turned into a modern house. he couldn't help but give a thumbs up and thanked the system.

He clicked the flashing light and another message appeared in front of him.
