When Ethan heard the screams, and saw the destruction, and madness happening outside his window. He knew one thing, as he said to himself. The Fae Departs

I listened carefully to try to get some information about what was happening to the world around me. Paris looked worried about something but continued telling me the story.

"Dren told us that our God had been worried for us, for our safety. So we prepared for something terrible, mainly a war against one of our enemies. On the day our god told us of, we gathered all of the Fae. As customary, we sent all of our people into our safe haven. Soldiers were stationed all around us, ready to defend, but…"

Pais stopped all of sudden. He started to shake his head. "I..we….they.."

"A bright light shined."

Dren interrupted Pais seeing that he couldn't continue the story. Dren reached her hand out to his head.

Pais gave a weary smile to Dren. She whispered a small prayer to him, chanting something that I couldn't understand. Pais looked much more calm and happier when she removed her hand.

"Thank you, Dren. Can you continue the tale for me? I can't.. "
