Yu Jung-ak woke up at 4 AM without setting an alarm, despite going to bed later than usual the night before. Yu Jung-ak usually slept for 8 hours, but sometimes less. He tried to wake up at 3 or 4 AM to exercise. His body seemed to remember the wake-up time.
