Saturday Morning

The other morning.

Simon woke up that morning and went directly to find his accomplices within that family, appalled by the news from the night before.

Kai was his long-time ally, with whom he had planned many of the actions he had been taking recently to usurp power in the Frost family. So the news that the Mouse Company had been wiped out and Kai was presumed dead affected this man's mood.

Considering the other bad news concerning the Province Conference, he was apprehensive and could not help but talk to his accomplices about alternatives.

The group they worked for had many plans for this family, so they would not give up. At the same time, another action was already scheduled to happen soon, so for now, they would not regret it but rather readjust their strategies.

"What do we do now?" He asked as he met with the man and woman who were posing as servants inside the Frost family estate.
