She Looked Like Julia The Most...

He agreed...

Fortunately, she gave up first.

Therefore, she was not in an awkward position.

The screen was off since no one was operating the phone.

Everything suddenly fell into darkness. Julia had never liked darkness so much. She could do whatever she wanted in the darkness because no one would see her.

If her eyes were sore, she could cry to make herself feel better.

No one would know that, so... it was fine.

It was chilly at night in late October. Julia looked around, wondering why she felt so cold.

This was the living room.

There were no windows.

Then, why is it cold?

Even though she covered herself with the quilt tightly, she didn't feel warmer.

Perhaps, she was just a little upset.

...

The night was still.

A young girl opened her eyes. She was still in darkness.

What day was it? Where was she?

She came from the countryside to find her aunt. A luxurious car stopped in front of her. A very handsome young man was sitting inside.

He asked her where she was going... and then she couldn't recall anything.

It felt like countless bees were buzzing in her head, which was so painful.

The light was turned on, but no one came in. She was lying on the ground. Her mouth was stuffed with cotton cloth, and her wrists were tied behind her back.

The cold white light dispersed the gloomy darkness. However, her eyes were accustomed to the darkness. Even though the light was not strong, it still hurt.

She struggled to open her eyes. Everything was black and white. The room was spotless with few decorations, but it was not blank.

However, she couldn't help feeling chilling in this room. Even the ground was covered with a layer of white mist.

Before she could think any further, the white door was pulled open. The leading man in his forties was limping and followed by two black—clothed bodyguards who pulled her up and took her out.

She was frightened. They brought her to another room nearby.

It was still black and white inside. A head of a wild beast was hanging on the wall. The floor was glittering, as if it was covered with diamonds. Everything was luxurious. Compared to this, the former room was at most a storage room.

A man was sitting on a big couch. She was rudely thrown down in front of him by the black—clothed men. A snow white dog with a short tail was groveling nearby.

It was so painful that she paused for a while before she raised her head to look at the man. Then she was stunned. He was the handsome man she had seen before she blacked out.

He must be the most successful work that God had made. He was perfect though he was in a morbid state since his lips were pale.

She had never seen anyone more handsome than him in the past eighteen years.

The young man looked askance at her and drew his conclusion.

Her vulgar gazed was caught by him.

The girl couldn't help but panic. She was like a naked clown under his gaze.

"Why did you tie her up?" Holding a glass of champagne, Mark asked idly. His left hand was wrapped in gauze.

The black—clothed man nearby stepped forward to untie the girl and took off the cotton cloth from her mouth.

However, she did not say anything. It seemed that she had not eaten for a long time so she was too weak to speak.

Mark lifted her chin with a finger. He could see himself clearly in her eyes. She was good—looking indeed, but she was malnourished. Since she had not eaten for the past few days, she looked thinner and more vulnerable.

"What's your name?"

"Eva Kelly."

"Smile." He requested indifferently.

Eva obediently smiled at him. Mark was kind of attracted.

When she smiled, she looked more like her.

He said calmly, "Good."

He looked so kind that Eva became more confident to speak.

"Where am I?" She asked weakly in a slightly flattering tone.

"In your future home."

Mark looked down at her and answered gently, "Will you follow me?"

Eva was stunned and delighted. She knew that she wasn't bad looking. Perhaps this handsome young man had taken a fancy to her? She was adopted and brought up by her grandpa in the countryside. After he died, she came to the city to find her aunt, intending to get a job.

She had read a lot of Cinderella Stories. Though she had dreamed about that for a long time, she never expected that it would come true not long after she came to the city.

"Sure." She replied urgently.

"Be a good girl, okay?" His voice was soft and seductive.

Eva nodded blankly, indulging in his charming voice.

Mark glanced at her and said, "Too skinny."

The smile froze on Eva's face. She lowered her head out of inferiority.

The short—tailed dog lying near the couch suddenly let out a loud bark.

"Noisy." Mark frowned and asked, "Did Libby have dinner tonight?"

The butler answered, "No."

Mark pointed at the dog and said, "Give it to her."

Eva wondered and asked, "Who is Libby?"

The air seemed to be frozen.

Eva soon regretted to ask too much. Her instincts told her this man was not as easy—going as she thought.

The butler glanced at her. How dared she ask about Mr. Lewis' private affairs? She must be insane.

Unexpectedly, Mark wasn't angry. He chuckled and asked, "Do you want to know?"

Eva had never seen his smile before. He looked even more handsome and charming.

No matter how much she regretted, she had no choice but to nod.

Mark ordered, "Take her there together."

Before she left, she secretly glanced at Mark. She thought to herself. 'Perhaps I was overthinking it.'

"He was indeed easy going."

Except Mark, the butler was the only one left in the spacious room. Mark said to him, "Find someone to train her manners. I don't need a vulgar substitute."

The butler nodded.

Among the girls, Eva looked like Julia the most. However, she was so vulgar that it was not difficult to find that she was countrified.

The butler pondered for a moment and respectfully asked, "How about the former few girls?"

"Get rid of them." Mark replied indifferently, as if he was talking about the weather.

The butler nodded again. Before he could limp out, he heard Mark said, "You can take a few days off."
