The King remained sullen, pacing uneasily in the study, while an adult man was standing obsequiously, waiting for the King's instructions.

"Have you searched up and down?" the King glanced at the man sharply, obviously displeased.

"Definitely, I ordered the careful investigation, which bore no fruits. It can be certain that the identity of Doctor Irma is unknown to our men. She escaped, carrying the yang princess Louis. The guards will keep pursuing her, but they met another group of men carried off her and Louis.

"Since Louis is back safe and sound, it must have been armed guards of Arthur to confront your subordinates. Are you sure Doctor Irma has fallen into their hands?" the King remained doubtful.

"Certainly, one of my henchmen spied Doctor Irma being dragged away, and her back was hurt and bleeding," the man gave his affirmative reply.

"Was she really injured?" the King turned alarmed over Calamity's condition.
