Chapter 10 The 'Weapon' project

Madam President Pov:

I was sitting in my office going through the guidelines for the weapon project, I was pressured to focus on this project by the higher ups but even I knew what would happen if this project succeeded, the era of villains will be over, something even All Might failed to accomplish.

A few moments later I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." I said

The door opened and hawks walked in.

"I have captured his and put him in his room."

He reported

"Good work now go back to your agency, it is not good for you to be away from it for so long."I ordered him

He quietly turned around and walked away but I didn't miss his clenched fists.

'His personality and character will only get in the way of this project.' I thought

Then I fished out Shigeo's file and went through it

Stages of the project:

Stage 1:Forcing the subject into submission, by force if necessary.

Stage 2: Training the subject's mind, body and quirk with the best routine planned by experts.

Stage 3: Debut the subject as a pro hero.

Stage 4: Have the subject assassinate the top villains and arrest the smaller ones.

Note:If the subject shows signs of disobedience, the project leader(Association President) is authorised to use radical means to subdue the subject.
