Chapter 1The beginning of it all [TW:18+]

Trigger warning: chapter containing attempted suicide.

_____________

"Put down the knife!" his mother exclaimed, but San did nothing. He still calmly held it against his wrist, watching the cold sharp edge against his skin. Every time he touched his skin, it left a weird pinching sensation. But none of the cuts were deep enough. Was he such a coward that he couldn't even end his own life?

"San, my child, please stop it." His mother was now sobbing and only then San looked up and watched her emotionless, blood dripping down on his lap.

"How can I stop? How can I live when he is dead?" he asked, sounding dead. And his mother watched his dead eyes, worrying the worst.

"San, what will I do when you die? Have you thought about it? How will I and your father feel when you die? We will feel even worse than you now. Because we could stop you. But you couldn't do anything to save them." San moved his head to the side and stopped for a moment. His mother made some sense. They will feel terrible. They will feel as bad as he feels now, and he never wanted that. He loved his parents.

"You will be sad?" he asked, thinking, leaving the blade touching his skin. Maybe it was enough to slowly bleed out. He was feeling a bit dizzy already and his palms were so sweaty that the blade fell out down on the floor. His mother quickly grabbed it and ran out.

"Why didn't I die there? Why was I left alive?" he asked no one, maybe himself. Maybe the ghost standing in front of him.

"Because you betrayed me," one said, then another appeared and said the same thing. Soon, the room was filled with people yelling at him the same thing.

"You betrayed us, you should die with us!" San started shaking and tears fell down his cheeks. He wanted to cover his ears but did not have enough strength.

"I should die with you. Yes. I tried. Look," San showed them his hands. The blood was in such a deep contrast to his pale, already ashy white skin. Yes, he tried to follow them. He was brave enough to follow them to death.

A hand grabbed his wrist and started bandaging it. He looked up and saw his mother's glassy eyes.

"Stay with me!" she yelled out, and it scared almost all the ghosts. But one stayed.

"I loved your hands the most. I think they should belong to me, together with you. You should come to me and be with me," the ghost said, and San cried so hard. He couldn't breathe at all.

"I love you. I wanted to save you!" he yelled out, choking after that.

"But you killed me. You killed me and survived by yourself. That's not fair. We all think it's not fair you survived. You should have died with us." Shan's eyes stopped working, it darkened and he only felt how he was falling back onto his bed. At least he will follow them all. He would be with him again.

"The school said he talked to the psychologist." San heard muffled voices, and they were both bewildered.

"Yes, he did, and what it did to him! He tried to commit suicide! I don't believe in the school anymore!" It was his mother. His father shushed her down, so she lowered her voice again.

"You were saying that you could go back to Hong Kong? That your company offered you a better job?" San tried to open his eyes. Hong Kong? No, that would be too far. He wouldn't be able to meet him again.

Wait. He will never be able to meet him again, no matter where he is. He wasn't in Ansan anymore. He wasn't in school… None of them were.

"They said it could get better if he got to say goodbye to them. They have a mourning ceremony for all. Some of the kids even went back to class." His father was making sense. But not for San.

"Yes, but they did not try to take their own lives!" Was she so scared for him, or was his mother only ashamed he tried it? Maybe she would be okay if he at least was successful.

"Maybe if he leaves and forgets everything, he will be okay." San wondered, how could he forget? He opened his eyes and saw the white ceiling and a blinding light. He was somewhere he didn't recognize.

"First, we should take him home and take care of him. He can't be like this. I don't want to see him suffer. He is even talking to them in his sleep. I don't think he will get better without proper care." Sleep? What was his father talking about? San couldn't even remember when was the last time he slept. He wasn't never alone to sleep. They were always with him. Even now, he was hovering above his head, smiling at him, with eyes full of blame.

"Let's move. He can visit a psychologist there. I don't want to be in this country anymore. Have you seen how they handled it? The kids are still there! No one tried to do anything about their bodies!" Move? Should he move? But then he would never fulfill his promise of always being together.

"I can't move. I need to be with him," he said, but nobody heard him. The smiling face soon vanished when his mother's face appeared before him. She looked so worried. She was crying, her warm tears falling on his face.

"What did you say?" his father asked. San tried to speak, but he just couldn't. A big lump formed inside his throat and he couldn't speak up.

He just stopped talking altogether. It was of no use. They would tear them apart even if he said something. Weeks later, when they took him to Hong Kong after being closed in his room, he still wouldn't speak up. Why would he talk to adults? Why would he speak up when no one listened to him?

Adults weren't trustworthy. They left them all to die and just cowardly ran away. Because of older people who forced him to listen to them, he was in a completely different country. He had no friends and saw ghosts everywhere around him. Because of adults, San was now Shan, so he could forget his past. And because of adults, he was living the life of someone else just so he could have a few hours of sleep. So he would make his dream come true and become free. But his heart was forever shattered and he would never, ever get close to someone.

Shan now spent his days playing the game HE loved and trying to become champion just to stop hearing those words.

"You should have died with us. You killed me. You should die." Every time he looked his ghosts in the eyes.

(BL)Alpha Made

The world is diverse and flourishing. Humanity has changed, and with it, brought in a new era of prosperity. Males and females still exist, but the spectrum from which humanity is cast has broadened. With the introduction of alpha, omega, and beta, humanity has evolved even further. In such a word, Dr. Andrew Knox, known environmental researcher, is happy being a beta male. It has made his life easier by being middle ground, and as much as some wish he was one way or the other, he’s happy being who he is. Thriving even. He works in a world renowned research facility. He makes friends easily, and his projects are always funded. He even found someone who he thinks he could end up marrying if things continue in the right direction. That, and the vacant house next to his apartment building gets bought by a new neighbour. A cute, but cautious omega who relies on Andrew as a beta for help. Andrew couldn’t be happier. He loves being a helper, and loves when people rely on him. All in all, Andrew really thinks he has everything made. That is, until a research project with shoddy data is thrown back into his face that he has no recollection of working on, and all of his reputation disintegrates in between one heartbeat and the next. Heartbroken, it isn’t until Andrew wakes up, chained to a wall that everything becomes clear. He becomes a test subject to one of the scientists that he trusted. That he expected would never harm him. The life he had known, where he was a respected researcher was ripped out from underneath him. His identity and everything he’s ever known is stolen from him from a crazed researcher who he had trusted, maybe even loved. He has to relearn who he is, what he is, from scratch. Thankfully, he has one person in his corner. He just never expected to have to rely on someone whose shoulders were so small. This is an a/b/o story, and will have those tropes associated with it. I hope you enjoy :)

OWNED BY HIM

Angelo Verde is a spy who investigates the Mafia's underground business. In the middle of an undercover operation, some unavoidable events leave him no choice but to serve Marvel Yerevan, the Mafia crime boss of one formidable Family. The taste of horrible and peculiar experiences in the underworld does not stop him from stepping deeper into the Mafia's territory, all to gain Marvel's trust. Ready to submit, even become a plaything, he will act subservient while secretly taking advantage of his position for the investigation to complete the tasks he is given. But, can he win the mission when he has never been victorious over a personal battle with the boss? EXCERPT I: "Sir, I think you need to change your clothes, or else you will catch a cold." I suggested Marvel, using his half-wet suit of rain as an excuse to get to know him better. The man in front of me was so tall and well-built, his physique exposed both strength and beauty. It wasn't out of curiosity that I patted his shoulder to sweep the wet dots away, but I wanted to create a connection with him. "If you don't mind, let me help you," I smiled. "It's my responsibility to take care of your health and serve you, so let's go to your room and change-" The coldness of fingers touching my cheek startled me, freezing up the rest of my words. Before I could develop a reaction, the artistic form of a man had turned blurry above my dilated eyes when Marvel reduced our distance. Seizing up the air I meant to breathe in, his lips contrived a way to communicate with mine without the need for words. I always asked myself, what should I do to get closer to Marvel, to step into his territory, to make him trust me? I think I know now. EXCERPT II: "It isn't that hard," Marvel convinced me, sure of it. His knuckles slithered above my cheek. "All you have to do is put it inside your mouth and just let it slide above your tongue." His words were followed by a gesture of his thumb teasing my lips until I felt it in between my teeth. Demanding access, it started to push in deeper, stroking my tongue without any sign of reluctance. When his eyes slightly narrowed to hold a smile, the steel blue marbles glimmered, and I couldn't tear my gaze away from this handsome gent in front of me. "You can do it, right?" At first, I wanted to pretend I didn't understand what Marvel was talking about, but my attempt to be indifferent might not work against someone with a character like his, knowing how much power he had, and I realized what his true intention was. I forced my mouth to open, only later did I know that those simple words would change my fate completely. "Yes, Sir."

Fallen General's Omega (BL)

I watch him, his green eyes brimming with concern as he gently massages my scarred leg. The sensation is both soothing and a stark reminder of my own inadequacy. The once-feared Crimson General, a symbol of power and invincibility, is now nothing but a frail shadow of his former self. I’ve been abandoned, left to decay in this forsaken place, my family and comrades long forgotten. Darkness had become my only solace, and I had resigned myself to it. Then he arrived, a beacon of light in my endless night. His presence, his care—it’s more than I ever deserved. Yet, I find myself clinging to him with an intensity that borders on madness. I hate that I need him so desperately, that his every action and word have become my lifeline. It consumes me, a torment I can't escape. "You don't have to do this. Please, don’t do this. I’m nothing. You deserve better. Leave. Please," I beg, my voice trembling with raw anguish, the very words tearing me apart. He continues his work, seemingly unaffected by my pleas. "Why are you here? Look at me! I’m nothing." Desperation and anger swell within me, mixing into a maelstrom of anxiety. I can’t comprehend the emotions coursing through me. "You're my alpha, where else would I be?" he responds softly, his gaze unwavering, as if my pleas were mere background noise. My heart races, torn between overwhelming relief and paralyzing dread. In that moment, I realize the truth: you would have to tear him from my cold, lifeless arms. I’m never letting go. - General Thorne, betrayed and broken, finds new life and love with Omega Noelle, who nurses him back to health. Their deepening bond reveals Thorne’s softer side, offering a chance at happiness. Unfortunately, Thorne’s past soon catches up with them, threatening their newfound peace. **** STOP!!!! HERE IS 9 REASONS YOU SHOULD GIVE THIS A SHOT 1. Omegaverse 2. The Alpha is a greenflag. 3. Fluff, and cheesey cliche romance. 4. Faceslapping and revenge. 5. Smut, with no dubcon or noncon. 6. OP husband. 7. Really cliche plot honestly. Those historical manhwas but make it gay. 8. The omega/bot is not a pushover. 9. I'm asking you give it a shot please.
