On the plane heading overseas, Rory looked out the window at the white clouds passing by.
The Dekker Competition was being held at the Saint Knock Cathedral, and the organizers had rented an entire hotel nearby as lodging for the participants. She stayed in a room on the second floor.
The room was warm and inviting, with a computer provided for writing essays.
Next to the cathedral was the largest library in the city, which contained a variety of books on psychological knowledge. After leaving her luggage in the room, Rory went to the library to borrow some psychology books to read at the hotel.
During the competition, Rory placed her materials next to her computer and began searching for some literature.
She met a girl named Karen Wilson from a nearby town on the day of the competition.
"Rory, would you like to go out and explore the city with me? The streets here are bustling." Karen smiled.
