I and Life were walking in the forest my wolf needed a run he was getting restless I was not able to give him a good run for the past couple of days as I was busy with pack duty and preparing for the visit of elder Edward who could help us with life's powers hopefully by tomorrow even Jake and rose will return with life's mom who could help us too hopefully.

"When will I see your wolf I know I have seen him but that was a long time back and then you didn't let me see him is he wild? is he big? Is he scary? I know he is whitish grey but you know you didn't ---- well will he like me?"

Life completed one of her infamous rants finally when I told her I'll be going for a run she tagged along she seemed very excited to meet Xavier she was almost bubbling with excitement

My mate is excited to meet me!

Xavier chirped giving me a wolfy grin

No human she likes me better! Way more than you! He huffed

I blocked him then really my wolf and his arrogant beliefs!

Life tried his name and my wolf went riot he began yipping with happiness and excitement

"Is that bad?" she asked with big innocent eyes

"Nono love it's good I just-" I tried to reassure her

I could feel my bones cracking and my paws sprouting up. Life had an expression of awe on her face when I completely shifted

For the next 2 hours I had a good run while life sat under a shaded tree and read a book I sat near her feet and she petted my fur Xavier gave a satisfied purr on his Mates touch

Life began talking to me as she stroked me absently she told me that it is easy to talk as I am in wolf form and that's how she liked being with me how she thinks I look hot shirtless and how she loves me she then proceeded to tell me about Alex that how she had a crush on him since she started going to college how he was very sweet to her and how she believed him to be different how he proposed to her and then next day she caught him making out with her best friend my wolf gave a deadly growl at the thought of his mate getting hurt she hugged my fur and laid her head on my back

"You know Xander when you said you love me I thought you were just saying it you didn't mean it but then everything you did showed me enough I wanted to tell you I love you I really did but I was just scared that you will turn out like Alex you didn't even want me before Because I was not special -"

My wolf whined hearing my mate she thinks I don't want her she doubted my love

I went behind a tree, changed back to my human form, and pulled on a short. We keep reserves in trees as we tend to tear most of our clothes when we shift

"Xander?"

"Guess again sweetheart"

Xander always calls me love, not sweetheart and his eyes look brighter somehow more green than blue... Oh

"Xavier?"

"yes, sweetheart?"

"I..."

he cupped my cheeks and looked into my eyes

"No matter what sweetheart I'll always love you you will always be special to me and that ahole Xander also feels the same "

Then he kissed me

When he opened his eyes Xander was back

"What did he do love why are you crying?" Xander asked me worried

Then I realized I had tears in my eyes

"Nothing just kiss me again"

And he did

We walked hand in hand back to the pack house I had the most stupidest grin on my face and so did Xander

"alpha life did you'll get laiddddd"

Blake chimed in front of us when he opened the front door of the pack house

Oh god! I buried my face in Xander's chest while Xander just chuckled

He kissed the top of my head and we sat to eat dinner

All of us were eating dinner Xander Blake Xander's mother, Angelina, and Evan

Angelina dropped food at the corner of her mouth and Evan sweetly dabbed the corner of her mouth with his napkin making her go red

And my eyes misted again

"I'll do that for you too love just don't cry " Xander whispered in my ear

He was grinning at me then I realized that my eyes have misted again

I don't know why but my eyes are misting over small things these days!

"OH, SHE IS GETTING ALL SOFT FOR XANDER! " Ruth shrieked

"what!? " I asked confused

"you see before the full moon you start getting soft emotionally and physically, for example, you'll cry on small acts of kindness, and your brea- assets get softer and fuller! -"

"mom!" I don't think I can get any redder

Blake that ahole was only laughing his ass off while Xander was trying his best to control his laughter though his shoulder was shaking from that effort

Oh god! Even Evan and angy were looking at me with wide eyes

I was embarrassed noo mortified

I ran from there to Xander's room oh god hopefully by morning I'll feel better I buried my face in Xander's pillow to abate my embarrassment

"life?"Xander called

"leave me alone! "

"life?! Look at me "

He took the pillow from me and grasped my chin so I'll look at him

"It's alright love it happens my mom sometimes gets away with herself "

He said soothingly stroking my hear

"Xander do you -"

"yes, love? "

"nevermind"

"you can ask me anything," he said looking me in the eyes

"my assets are they really getting big?"

He laughed while I got even redder

"I can give them a thorough inspection love just for you," he said

"Xander!"

"well I was just trying to help"

"Xander!" I warned

"Okay okay," he said

"come let's sleep "

"What!"

"Just sleep love nothing else..... For now at least" he said with a smirk

He then began undressing in front of me wearing only his boxers

"what are you doing? " I asked a little scandalized he chuckled at me

"I always sleep like this love... Now go change"

I went to the bathroom and changed into my shorts and comfy shirt before going out

"just for my eyes!"

"yes," I said a little shyly

He came towards me standing just a little centimeter apart

"you look absolutely ravishing "

His eyes had darkened completely while he kissed my cheeks and nose and head then finally lips

Then he swooped me in his arms and I gave a startled cry

He deposited me in his bed and climbed beside me Wrapping his strong arms around me

"From tomorrow only gowns "

"yes"

"Sleep now love before I change my mind about just sleeping " he murmured huskily before dropping a kiss on my forehead

And I slept cuddled into my Xander

When I got up the next day Xander was already up and was looking at me while stroking my hair

"you look like an angel when you sleep "

I don't know how I'll ever resist this guy!

He kissed me on my lips

"Xander lov-"

"Xander!"

A woman entered our room without an invitation!

She was tall almost 5'8 with blonde hair and green eyes which were staring at us widely

"Sophia! " Xander jumped out of the bed and hugged her

"soo long where have you been?" he says kissing her cheek
