It can't happen again

"Yes Lavender, it can't happen again, no matter how much we might have enjoyed it." Jayden replied.

"But why? Did I do anything wrong?" Lavender asked.

"No, you did nothing wrong." Jayden answered.

"So what is the problem?"

"Where are you now?" Jayden asked, he felt this wasn't a conversation that could be done via mindlink.

"I am in my room."

"I am coming over." Jayden told him.

In a few minutes time, Jayden was in front of Lavender's room, he knocked lightly before entering the room.

Lavender was seated on the bed quietly waiting for Jayden.

Jayden approached him and sat close to him on the bed. 

"Hey." he said 

"Hey" Lavender replied. 

"You know why we can't do this, right?" Jayden asked. 

"No, I don't. I don't know anything." Lavender replied petulantly.

Jayden smiled and ruffled his hair.
