Qiao Anxin smiled at the man who sat opposite her. She could tell that he was trying really hard to hide his nervousness now but there was no way that it could be hidden from Qiao Anxin. After all, she didn't earn the reputation of City B's meanest bitch for nothing.

"So do we have a deal, Mr. Shen?" Qiao Anxin asked with a sinister grin on her face. Anyone who knows her will definitely know that she is plotting something whenever she had that smile on.

"Miss Qiao, this….don't you think that this is a bit too much? We have already agreed on fifty percent of the profits" Shen Mingxi said.

He really hated the fact that he was intimidated by a woman. In fact, he already told himself that he will get some more profits from Qioa Anxin and get his father's approval but things had gone haywire in minutes. It was really frustrating. It left a bitter taste in Shen Mingxi's mouth.

Qiao Anxin smiled again at Shen Mingxi. Only that her smile seemed to be hiding a lot.

"Oh, is Mr. Shen unsatisfied with my price? We can always pull out of the deal then. It's just, second Young Master Shen had invited me to golf tommorrow . Hmmm….I wonder what he would want to talk to me about….." Qiao Anxin deliberately left her words hanging.

Shen Mingxi's face went pale when he heard this. His father's illegitimate son had already contacted Qiao Anxin, if he doesn't make a decision now he will lose the deal that he and his team worked really hard for. Worse his father will never forgive him!

Qiao Anxin is really ruthless. She's the only one who will take advantage of an internal war between family so simply and ruthlessly without any remorse!

"Miss Qiao, I think that you've already heard about the situation in the Shen family my father's illegitimate son….he…." Shen Mingxi negotiate with Qiao Anxin since he believed that she will understand best what it means to have an annoying step sibling that gets on her nerves but he had underestimated how cold Qiao Anxin truly is.

"Mr. Shen it seems that you are getting something wrong here. I do not care what's going on in the Shen family. It has absolutely nothing to do with me. I am a business woman who only cares about profits. I will side with the party that will benefit me the most. So do you want to sign the contract now or should I be getting ready to play golf tomorrow?" Qiao Anxin asked without a hint of emotion on her face.

Shen Mingxi knew that there was no negotiating with Qiao Anxin. He can either lose to her or lose to his idiot brother who their father favours.

At this point Shen Mingxi knew very well what he should be choosing. Although he hated the feeling of loosing so much to Qiao Anxin, he hated losing to the bastard Shen Yu even more.

"Alright Miss Qiao, we have a deal. We can sign the contract now" Shen Mingxi said. He is not taking any chances with this woman.

Who knows when she is going to change her mind and pull a fast one on him? He definitely is not in the mood to be taking chances with his annoying step sibling involved.

Qiao Anxin smiled again at the man. "I'm really sure that I'm going to enjoy doing business with you Mr. Shen". She signaled to the assistant who was standing behind. The assistant got the hint and dropped the contract on the table.

Qiao Anxin signed her name on the contract. Then she handed the pen to Shen Mingxi. Shen Mingxi looked at the contract for twenty whole minutes before he signed it. He wanted to make sure he wasn't getting himself into any more mess.

When he was sure that there were no loopholes in the contract, he signed it.

Shen Mingxi did not want to spend even a second more with the woman who had earned a fortune from him. He got up and left almost immediately.

"CEO, how dare he be so rude to you? He left without even a goodbye! Does he know how many people are dying to work on this project?" Qiao Anxin's assistant, a woman who looked like she was in her early twenties, said.

Qiao Anxin only shook her hands slightly. She wasn't bothered by the so called disrespect of Shen Mingxi. She already got what she wanted from him. As for how he treats her afterwards, she didn't really care.

"Alright that's enough. We should be get back to the company now" Qiao Anxin said. She picked up her handbag and left the café as gracefully as she entered.

Qiao Anxin saw a car packed outside the café when she walked out.

Her face lit up when she saw the lowkey Audi R8. She turned to her assistant and tossed her car key to her.

"Here, Xing. You can go back now" Qiao Anxin said and walked to the Audi.

Sun Xing did not ask any more questions. She just got into the car and drove away. Obviously she was already used to her boss' irrational actions.

Qiao Anxin got into the front passenger seat of the Audi. "What are you doing here?" She asked the person driving the car.

The driver took off the sunglasses he was wearing and a handsome looking foreign man was revealed "So did you get the contract?" The man asked, ignoring Qiao Anxin's question.

Qiao Anxin proudly displayed the contract in her hands. The foreign man grabbed it from Qiao Anxin in excitement.

"Hey be careful with that Ivan!" Qiao Anxin said.

"Wow sis you really did get it! And a seventy percent profit share for you?! That's so great!" Ivan said.

"Of course! I'm Qiao Anxin. I can do it as long as I set my mind to it! Besides, the internal battle in the Shen industries is tougher than ever now. I'm sure that Shen Mingxi knows what to choose" She said with a smug look on her face.

Ivan nodded his head. "Are you still going to meet Shen Yu then?"
