Golden Body

 "So, where are Ryker now?" Mashia asked. Ina gave her a sideways glance.

 "It's like you did not know by now," she snorted, the dragon girl shook her head in exasperation.

 "It just I hope that he would stop spending time diving into the lava in the volcano," Mashia replied. "Even if it is the best place, in this Duchy and maybe in the entire Kingdon, to improve one's Body Cultivation, I hope he will stop for at least a day or two,"

 "You knew his behavior by now. He would not do this if he did not have any good reason for it. And his reason is because he wanted to be the strongest so he could protect us better and so he could learn more about his parents though I am not too sure how the two things related.

 To achieve that, he needed to have his foundation to be perfect, so his Soul and Body Cultivation needed to match with his Cultivation Realm. If not, then he will unlikely achieve his goal," Ina told the dragon girl, who sighed.

 "Yeah, I suppose so. But we are his lovers. So, we need to make sure we can stand strong with him as well," she said, suddenly pumped up.

 "Yes, you are right. I already ate the Bone Augmenting Pill and the Blood Purifying Pill. My talents in cultivation are improving greatly, though the effect when you are on the pills is painful for the former," Ina told the dragon girl.

 "Yeah, it is such a shame that we can only have a few before the effect no longer working," Ina continued. She and the others had consumed the three pills that improved their talents and all of them reached their limits, no longer able to improve their talents by eating the pills.

 "Yes, but for him to have pill recipes that help improve talents, you will not believe how rare such a thing is. And compared to those, the one he refined is leagues better," Mashia told Ina.

 "From what he said, this is the recipe found inside the alchemy room inside the Hidden Ancient Mansion, meaning this is likely created by his parents'" Ina told Mashia of her speculation.

 "If that is so, then what kind of person are his parents to be able to make such a thing? Not to mention the pills recipes, the Hidden Ancient Mansion is a spatial artifact that would not lose out to World Grade Artifact," 

 "He did say his parents are mysterious and have a lot of secrets. That's why he wants to get stronger. Because he believed they hide the secrets somewhere dangerous,"

 "Well, if he works so hard to get stronger, then we have to make sure we will not be a burden. Come, let us cultivate right now!"

 "Wait, someone needs to look after the children!"

 "We have servants for that! Let's go!"

 Currently, Ryker is inside the depth of the lava lake. His improvement of the Celestial Body Art can be called very fast. Now, he had reached the peak of the Silver Body, his continuous trip into the volcano area boring fruits.

 Besides improving his Body Cultivation, he was also able to improve his mastery of the Law of Fire and the Law of Earth, as lava are superheated rock. While it did not reach the second mastery level, he believed it was close to it.

 Now, inside the lava lake, Ryker currently experiencing torments that could not be described with words alone, though numbers work better. If pain can be put from 1 to 10, he is currently at 12 or so he believed.

 Compared to the periphery of the lake, or even the surface of the lake at the center, the heat could not be compared with what he currently going through.

 If not for his already accustomed to the heat to a certain degree, it would still be painful and burn his body, something he was actually grateful for. After all, if he is no longer able to break his body, then achieving the Golden Body would be impossible for him, at least in the Duchy.

 Unless he entered the volcano. But while he never climbed near the place, his instinct told him he would die immediately if he did such a thing.

 So, he had to make do with the lava lake, which is enough for now. He hoped he would be able to get the Celestial Body to the Golden Body Realm, or it would not be good for his mentality.

 With his body being burned by the lava, which is more like liquid fire in the depth of the lake itself, he poured the Celestial Nascent Qi he had spent his free time cultivating.

 Because of his cultivation which had reached the 5th Stage Genesis Spring, and his Soul Cultivation being at the Middle-Level of the Corporeal realm, his ability to create Celestial Nascent Qi had improved tremendously, to the point he was able to create 1000 in 2 hours or so.

 Right now, he has 10000 strands, so he believed it would be enough for now. Or he hoped so. With his body being burned to the point his bones could be seen, he poured the Celestial Nascent Qi strands, repairing and refining his body quickly.

 The lava burned his body as soon as he refined it, but that was fine as it allowed him to refine it better. The cycle of destruction and refinement continued until his body reached its limit, the Silver Body seemingly glowed even brighter.

 Ryker, despite the pain he was going through, smiled. He then poured the remaining strands into the Silver Body, watching as it slowly transformed into the Golden Body. Knowing it would not be fast enough, he used his qi to speed up the process.

 Soon, the transformation is completed and the Silver Body is no more, replaced with a Golden Body. As he activated the Celestial Body Art, the Golden Body and the glow it emitted seemed to repel the lava.

 He let the lava hit his body, watching as the lava could not even dissolve his body anymore. Now that he had reached his goal, he swimmer upward.

 When he reached the surface, he flew to a nearby mountain. Without using his qi, he then punched the mountain, watching as the top half was destroyed with ease.

 At the same time, he could also feel that his cultivation reached the threshold of the 5th Stage, meaning he was about to break through another minor realm.

 He quickly cultivates, absorbing the energy around him. As he did so, he realized his Body Cultivation seemed to improve his Cultivation, his body helping him absorb and refine the energy.

 With this, he soon broke through, becoming a 6th Stage Genesis Source expert.
