Chapter 313: Escape

A mysterious team suddenly arrived, but the terrorists in the valley didn't even notice the eleven additional people due to the sudden power outage.

The eleven individuals split into six teams, two people per team, with the first person who jumped down forming a team on their own.

The leader had a clear goal in mind and headed straight for the cave where Tony was being held captive, while the others began chasing down the panicked terrorists.

They moved like ghosts in the darkness, silently and with accuracy, approaching the terrified terrorists from behind and swiftly ending their lives.

Their movements were quick and clear, which was not something humans could do. They seemed like a group of robots that had been designed to do the same things over and over again.

Soon, all of the enemies around the caves were killed, and the team regrouped together to get ready to rush into the cave.

Meanwhile, the terrorists resting inside the cave also sensed that something was wrong.

They grabbed their weapons and tried to run outside, but in the dark-black cave, they couldn't see the way. They fell and bumped into each other like a bunch of dead flies.

Deep inside the cave, the chaos outside woke up the two unlucky prisoners.

Tony woke up first, and before he could fully regain his senses, a strong smell of burning electronics jolted his mind open.

Tony could smell burned electrical parts very clearly. But the smell was strong for some reason.

He looked up at the corner surveillance camera and was surprised to see that the light, which had been on the whole time, had disappeared.

A ray of light then illuminated the small cave.

A deep voice came through the mask. The person observed Tony with a glance and spoke with a tinge of regret.

"What a shame. It seems like you were living quite comfortably here."

Hearing this, Ethan nodded silently. He had seen Tony change for himself.

Tony knew how to make the best of his situation, even though he was a prisoner. He had the best food and clothes and felt comfortable here.

Because he couldn't leave this place, Tony hadn't lost weight but had actually gained a little in the past two months.

No one would even believe that this person had been imprisoned for nearly two months.

"Well... you didn't ask, and being locked up here, does it make a difference if I tell you or not?"

Tony's intense look made Ethan look a little embarrassed. He forced a smile and squeezed through the door, quickly catching up with the light ahead.

Tony let out a sad sigh, didn't say anything, and followed the same.

The three of them walked out of the cave one after another. The cave was filled with bodies, but Tony showed no fear.

One by one, the team members entered the beam of light and felt themselves drawn back inside the aircraft.

"You're just planning to leave this place?"

Tony saw that the leader also intended to leave and immediately protested.

However, the boss ignored him and instead raised his hand and pointed backward.

Tony went in the direction of the hand and saw a disc the size of a soccer ball attached to the smooth wall of the cave with a countdown of less than a minute.

"Damn it."

Tony's face changed drastically, and he grabbed Ethan, who looked confused, and ran towards the plane without hesitating.

They smoothly passed through the beam of light and entered the aircraft.

The leader was close behind. Once everyone was on board, the lights were turned off, and the plane quickly took off, leaving the scene.

Jack, who witnessed everything with an expressionless face, also returned home seconds after the aircraft left.

And less than ten seconds after he left, a bright white light flashed in the valley. When the light dissipated, a kilometer-wide hole was all that was left.
