Chapter 187

Just as Tiga's simplified Zeperion Beam was about to strike the Wendigo Skull, the Abubass alien demonstrated incredible reflexes, rolling forward to dodge the beam and quickly positioning himself beneath Tiga.

The Abubass sprang up with an uppercut, striking Tiga's chin, then followed with a spinning elbow, landing a powerful blow to Tiga's abdomen and forcing him to stumble back.

The Abubass didn't let up; he continuously threw punches, keeping Tiga on the defensive.

However, Tiga soon regained his footing. As the Abubass launched his next punch, Tiga swiftly caught it, turned, and executed an over-the-shoulder throw, sending the alien sprawling!

As the Abubass landed, he quickly got to his feet, only to be met with a flying kick from Tiga, which struck the Wendigo Skull, sending sparks flying.

"Raaaargh!"

The Abubass let out a piercing, beast-like screech, indistinguishable from an animal's howl of pain.

Tiga wasted no time, advancing with a barrage of punches, pummeling both the Abubass's body and the Wendigo Skull. Finally, a spinning kick knocked the alien to the ground!

Immediately, Tiga crossed his arms, preparing to unleash his full-power Zeperion Beam!

"Raaaargh!"

At that moment, the dark eye sockets of the Wendigo Skull glowed red, and the Abubass let out an ear-splitting roar directed at Tiga.

The intense sound waves felt like blades scraping at Tiga's ears, causing him great discomfort. Forced to abandon his beam attack, Tiga covered his ears, trying to block out the painful noise.

In that brief moment of vulnerability, the Abubass rushed forward.

Before Tiga could pull away, the alien grabbed Tiga by the shoulders, and the Wendigo Skull clamped its jaws onto Tiga's head.

The skull bit down hard, as though attempting to consume Tiga whole.

"Ugh!"

Feeling excruciating pain in his head, Tiga threw powerful punches at the Abubass's abdomen, each one with immense force, yet the alien refused to release him.

"Urgh!"

Gritting his teeth against the pain, Tiga charged his fists with electricity, unleashing a dual electric punch that struck the Abubass's chest, sparking an explosion.

The force of the punch forced the Abubass to take a step back, but an unseen force seemed to pull him forward, drawing him closer to keep the skull locked onto Tiga's head. The skull's sharp teeth continuously cut into Tiga's neck.

The agony was overwhelming for Tiga.

"Hah!"

In response, Tiga switched to his Power Type, his body transforming into a bulkier, red form.

With his newfound strength, Tiga shoved the Abubass back, forcing him to release his grip on Tiga's head.

"Ahhh!"

Free from the Wendigo Skull's bite, Tiga stretched his neck, the lingering pain making him wince.

"Raaaargh!"

The Abubass quickly steadied himself and, like a rabid beast, charged at Tiga with his arms flailing wildly.

"Hah!"

Tiga gathered energy into his right fist, delivering a powerful hook that struck the Wendigo Skull, sending the Abubass flying and crashing to the ground.

Taking advantage of this, Tiga raised his arms, gathering red energy at his chest. He then hurled a red energy sphere at the Wendigo Skull—Delasium Light Stream!

The attack hit its target, resulting in a massive explosion.

Tiga was confident this would finally destroy the Wendigo Skull.

However, as the smoke cleared, he was met with a shocking sight—the Wendigo Skull was completely unscathed!

Stunned, Tiga lowered his hands to his forehead crystal, which flashed white as he reverted to his Multi Type form.

Determined, he extended his arms forward, crossing them to channel an even stronger energy beam, the Zeperion Beam, directly at the Wendigo Skull.

The powerful blast sent the Abubass into violent convulsions as he screamed in agony, the continuous light attacks causing immense suffering.

Yet, despite the relentless attacks, the Wendigo Skull showed no signs of cracking or breaking.

In the Leo Universe…

"This can't be! That skull can withstand an Ultraman's beam attack!"

Dan exclaimed in disbelief.

Through the screen, he could sense the power of Tiga's beams, comparable to his own. If he were struck by Tiga's attacks, he would be gravely injured.

And yet, the Wendigo Skull remained completely unharmed. This was a testament to its astonishing resilience.

"Is this truly a skull of a mythical creature from Earth? How is it so indestructible?"

Gen spoke in disbelief.

"Perhaps it's sealed with some evil god's essence, making it indestructible. Or maybe it was created to be unbreakable from the start."

Dan speculated, each theory filling him with dread. The implications were terrifying, and he dared not dwell on them further.

"So, what do we do?"

Gen looked to Dan, unsure how to deal with an enemy that couldn't be destroyed.

"Unless it's sealed away."

Sealing seemed to be the only option Taro could think of.

Back in Tiga's universe…

"Beep, beep!"

Tiga's timer began blinking as his energy drained. Having used two major attacks in quick succession, he was running low on power, and the blinking would only grow faster with time.

Tony Stark: "So even Ultraman Tiga has a three-minute limit! Does every Ultraman universe share this limitation?"

The Ancient One: "A mystery of the multiverse, not easily explained."

Goku: "This isn't the time to worry about that! Tiga's attacks can't destroy the skull, so what now?"

Orochimaru: "Foolish. Why focus solely on the skull? Can't he destroy the body instead? Tiga should've realized after the first failed attack to shift his focus to the alien's body."
