" Damn, can't believe the old bastard decided to actually work with us. Not to mention we just held off an entire regiment of Shi'ar soldiers. You know what that means?"
Corsair asked.
The crew all raised their fists together and shouted.
" Party!"
The ship broke out into cheers as the crew began partying in celebration of their first major victory against D'ken and his Shi'ar empire. Corsair and the crew enjoyed their time freely until word came in that Atom was returning.
Atom touched down in the hangar bay slightly agitated
" Nathan, you're back! Did you find what we were looking for?"
Corsair asked the man as he and the rest of the X-Men walked into the hangar to greet the man.
" I found the ruins of the corp. But that's all they were, ruins. No spark. No life. No Lanterns. Just dried up blood, bones, and a dead power battery."
Nathan explained.
" Damn. I'm sorry i sent you on a wild goose chase."
Corsair placed his hands on Nathan's shoulders and apologized to the man.
Nathan brushed the man's hand off and continued walking into the ship.
" It is what it is. How did your mission go pretty bird?"
Atom asked Rachel as he approached her and the other X-Men.
" We got him on our side. Lilandra now has a resistance to help us overthrow D'Ken once again."
Rachel explained to the man.
" Then that sounds like a reason to celebrate! Come on let's feast before our next battle!"
Atom cheered.
He then picked Rachel up and slung her over his shoulders causing the woman yelp in surprise.
" Ahahah! Snort*"
Rachel began laughing as the man carried her, laughing so hard she began snorting. Rachel's eyes widened in horror and embarrassment over the sound that just escaped her lips. Rachel quickly covered her mouth in shock causing Nathan to laugh harder.
" Hey!"
Rachel jabbed the man in his back.
" Ouch!"
Nathan yelped in pain as he rubbed the spot on his back.
" Hmph! Shouldn't have laughed at me."
Rachel crossed her arms and pouted.
Nathan shifted his weight and threw the woman up in the air making her squeal in terror. Rachel flopped back down and landed in Nathan's arms and glared up at the man.
" Hahaha! Payback."
Nathan declared with a grin on his face.
" You two get a room."
Corsair said to the two as he walked past them and back up the stairs to the party.
Rachels face turned bright red making Nathan laugh again.
" Come on, red. Let's go join the others."
Nathan placed the woman down and started walking to catch up with Corsair.
Nathan walked up the stairs and into the main halls and was greeted by a loud cheer from the crew.
" CAPTAIN!"
The crew yelled out as they raised their drinks in the air.
" JAMMERS! LET'S PARTY!!!!"
Nathan jeered as he walked into the halls.
His crewmates stomped their and yelled out in excitement.
" Well, he certainly knows how to get the troops riled up."
Warpath stated as he too joined the party.
" HEY CAPTAIN! SING US A SONG!"
One of the jammers yelled out to the man. His request getting a round of cheers from the others.
Nathan started laughing at the crew as he downed his drink.
" Alright! Why not."
Nathan spoke as he walked towards the center of the room.
" Hey! Ch'od you know what to do."
Nathan turned to his scaly green friend and gestured for the man to hit the music.
~ BAPTAIZED FIRE! FORTY TO ONE!~
Nathan suddenly yelled out loud as music started blasting throughout the ship. The crew jumped up and yelled in excitement over the man's sudden burst into song.

Just as things seemed to be settling down Rachel and the other X-men finally joined the rest of the crew in celebration.
" Man! Dudes got some pipes on him."
Warpath jeered.
Rachel however, ignored the comment and looked on in awe as the Starjammers all got to their feet.
The music that had been blasting suddenly settled down a little and the sound of stomping filled the hall. Nathan led the crew along in a chant. Nathan and the crew raised their arms in the air and began slapping their wrists and stomping their feet in rhythm with the music.

Nathans song finally came to an end with a resounding applause from the entire ship.
Nathan stomped his feet on the ground and banged on his chest in celebration.
" HAHA! Are you entertained?"
Nathan asked the crew
" YEAAAAH!"
The Jammers yelled in acknowledgement.
Nathan's eyes scanned the crowd, finding joy in the crews excitement until his landed back on Rachel and the X-Men.
Nathan watched as Rachel made her way through the crowd of party going pirates and resistance fighters until she finally joined Nathan in the center of the room.
" Not bad Hot shot!"
Rachel said to the man as she leaned into his chest.
Nathan smirked and wrapped his arms around the woman's waist before replying.
" Thanks pretty bird. If you want, I can sing one just for you."
Nathan said to the woman.
" No, right now I wanna get drunk."
Rachel exclaimed as she broke away from the man.
Nathan watched as the red head sexily sauntered over to the bar for a drink.
" Heh! Never a boring moment with the Starjammers. Right."
Nathan exclaimed before running off to join the woman.
The crew partied for hours and hours until finally losing themselves to sleep. Their finally party before all hell breaks lose.
