in a fancy five stars hotel, almost all the top elites go there to have some fun, stay away from the stress and sometimes business purposes. The hotel was know to be very expensive, well it was worth it.

in the tenth floor, a young man man was spending time with a lady when a man with a cold aura walked in.

then the man that walked said with a calm but a firm voice "we need to go now" the man on the bed with a lady was no other than Kyle; one of Alex close childhood friends. He was more like a brother to him but didn't just want to admit it. Kyle said "what the heck is wrong with you man" I don't care, that's enough for today

the Kyle uttered " give me five minutes let me change my...... I give you two minutes Alex then said, still with his unchanging tone.

Kyle knew what kind of man Alex is, anything he says goes, so he didn't argue with him anymore. he left the bed immediately and went to the bathroom to change leaving woman under the duvet shivering, she didn't expect anyone to walk in on her and she didn't know why Kyle took it easy on him. as far as she knew, Kyle didn't like when room service knocks on his door when they were together let alone barging in.

one thing was on her mind right now, who the hell is this man.

she would admit this man was more handsome,more striking, much more beautiful than Kyle. her eyes said it all, the way she was looking at him even with being with another man and still undressed under the duvet cover, she still wanted this man but Alex did even glance at her let alone look at her.

He didn't care about things like this, anytime he was with girls or in the club is because Kyle and Josh always forces him to do things like this at least once in awhile.

soon in less than two minutes, Kyle came out of the bathroom all looking dressed, removed some money from the drawer and paid the girl that served him tonight, it wasn't enough after this demon called Alex interrupted them abruptly, so rude he muttered.....then a cold voice was heard sending shivers to just anyone no matter who you were, his name always send shivers to people, the only person that was unperturbed was Kyle, him and Josh was already used to him after all they grew up together in the same estate, same school, did almost everything together, their parents were close friends or should we say business friends so it made everything easy for them, the two Kyle and Josh was always looking for excuses to spend time with Alex back then, play videogames and rest even though Alex was barely interested in those kind of stuffs, they would even talk about girls of their league but he wasn't interested in this stuff either. he was more reserved than the two.

They tried to cheer him up, actually what made him more reserved was he lost his mother at birth, he always tried to ask his father what led to her death, he never said anything, Mr black always lied that she was heavily sick then she kicked the bucket but Alex knew there was more to it so he researched himself, had to investigate himself had sleepless nights then one day he got tired of searching because they was literally no clue of his mother like Mr black hid it or something so the only way he could find out the real truth was to find out from his father. He told his friends about it but they disagreed saying that maybe why his father didn't tell him was for the best, even though they tried to convince him not to but he was still adamant about it. They had no choice but to go on board with him.

Then one faithful Mr black came back from work early, the trio were around already came up with a plan. Alex walked up to his father.

hey dad, I'm glad you are back from work today early, Have something to drink first, I insist, Kyle and Josh were at the back listening to the father son dialogue, then Alex led his father to the sitting room then he offered him orange juice unknown to him alcoholic contents were added to it. he collected it and gulped everything down.

After a minute or so Mr Black couldn't see properly,he was in a daze then Alex spoke he knew alcohol was his weak spot, he always said anything under alcoholic influence that's why Alex used it against him.

father how was my mother like he said.....she was beautiful my son he stated blurting out the most stunning woman I have ever seen, she captured my heart the day I met her but she was playing hard to get but I knew she loved me too,he laughed his head still not in place her eyes said it all son.

He knew his father was ready for the question he was about to ask......

Then how did she die, his expression still firm, the place suddenly became quiet even Kyle and Josh didn't move paying close attention.

hmm son somethings are just meant to be kept a secret.

no dad he said firmly just tell me, well before I married your mother she told me she was one of the magical beings and it was impossible for a human and magical being to be together the outcome was always dangerous.she might not get pregnant or when she will the consequence might be disastrous, fear was in her eyes when she said it but I didn't care about any conditions I just wanted us to be together, spend the rest of our lives together. then she agreed what was the worse that could happen, then we got married, after like two months, she started feeling sick complaining of headache and the rest, so we went to the hospital and we confirmed that she was pregnant, I was so happy that I called my PA Carlos to cancel all my meetings I had that very, I wanted to spend some time alone with my wife but i noticed she wasn't thrilled about it, she was not so happy, unknown to him she knew what was at stake, either she loses the child or she dies herself and she didn't want her baby to die so she went to the other world, the magical world to inquire about what she could do about it. she took me there once to visit her family since they couldn't leave the other world, they were royalty after all.

Then she went to the oldest man in thier kingdom, he told her that she already committed an abomination and it's either she loses the child or she dies during delivery.

she didn't want to abort the child because she saw the joy in my eyes when the doctor announced that she was giving birth and to a baby boy.....he said with tears in her eyes. she knew that if I found out about this, I would choose her over the baby without a second thought.

So the entire nine months of carrying you she kept to herself and she always wanted me to be around, I didn't know if it was the pregnancy symptoms but she made me believe that it was cravings not anything serious, not knowing she just wanted the three of us to be together in the nine months, she went through.

Then she made me promise that I will always take care of you, that you should also marry her people, it was best for Alex so he took could live for many years, I didn't even understand what she was saying but I promised her I would keep to my words no matter what happens.

Nine months later, her back and waist was in tremendous pain she knew it was time then she quickly called me from work to come over, she wanted to tell me something but I didn't listen to her what was on my mind was that she was needed to be taken to the hospital immediately so I called Carlos to arrange the cars she was still trying to tell me something but I didn't listen......tears in his eyes, now I regret not listening to her. Alex just stood there motionless still listening to what his father was saying

After two hours of labor, the doctor came out told me there is good news and bad news, he was thinking she was going to say she lost blood or something so he said he wanted to hear the good news first

the doctor said the good news is she gave birth to a healthy baby boy, he was so happy, he already planned that he will celebrate and make the whole world know that the blacks junior is here.

then the doctor said the bad news is... I'm sorry Mr black....
