Vincenzo's POV
After two days, the doctor finally deemed Roseline well enough to be discharged. Her situation is very serious and I have to tell the doctor that she doesn't have any siblings so he recommended that we register at a bone marrow registry, indicating that it could potentially be a lifeline in her situation. Since then I have been waiting for the good news that we have found a suitable donor.
I have brought her back home and have appointed two nurses to provide round-the-clock care. Though the doctor said that she is fine for now I cannot take any risk. Certain matters required my attention, and in my absence, I couldn't entrust them to anyone else.
Roseline's friends visited her at the hospital during her stay, though I couldn't help but notice Liam's less-than-pleased expression. It was evident that he held some resentment, perhaps thinking that I was responsible for her condition.
