CH52. Don't you get enough food here?

The next few days are just peaceful. Nothing happens between Lu Min Chen and Ye Xiao Xiao.

He does not cause her any trouble in her work. Neither does he visit her in her room anymore.

And even though she loves that he does not bother her anymore, she feels a little lonely. She wants someone who can treat her well to be close to her.

On Friday during the lunch break, the manager calls her and tells her that she has a guest.

The manager takes the food she was going to serve the young master and offers to do it on her behalf.

She walks into the young master's office and places the food in the table.

But the gaze she receives from him makes her laugh internally. 'Why does he want to kill me just because I brought him food?'

"Young Master," Manager Chen calls. "Ye Xiao Xiao has a visitor. I decided to help her bring the food."

Lu Min Chen creases his brows. "A visitor? What kind of a visitor?" He questions.

"It is a young man who claims to be her brother. His name is Lin Mo," Manager Chen explains.

No one can ever be allowed into the orphanage without thorough investigation. So it is normal that she already knows about him.

"Okay," Lu Min Chen says and dismisses her, going back to his work.

But the moment the door is closed, he raises his head. 'A young man? Her brother?' He asks himself.

He gets up from his seat and walks to the window, somewhere he can see everything that is happening down.

Ye Xiao Xiao is not sure who would have visited her at such a time, but she walks to the reception.

When she sees a familiar car near the entrance, her heart skips a bit. Brother Mo! 

Lin Mo sees her coming and gets out of the car happily. Ye Xiao Xiao runs towards him and they hug happily.

"Brother Mo," she calls emotionally and hugs him tightly. She had missed him so much.

"Yes Xiao Xiao?" Lin Mo asks and looks at her face. "Are you happy to see me?"

"Yeah!" She nods. "I am happy to see you. But you should not have come. This place is already too far," she complains.

Lin Mo smiles. "I told you I would come," he says. "Or are you trying to stay away from me? Did you find another big brother?" He questions with a pout.

"Not at all!" Xiao Xiao says and pulls him to a seat. "You know I will never get any good brother like you."

Lin Mo smiles happily again. He holds her hand and creases his brows. "You have grown much thinner. Don't you get enough food here?" He asks.

"No! No!" Xiao Xiao answers with a smile. "There is more food here. The food is so much."

"I don't believe you. You should eat a little more. Now look at you. Who is going to marry you in the future when you are looking like this," he keeps on complaining about her body.
