Before Yang Lichao could react, another powerful punch hit the right side of his ribcage. The impact struck his liver. With Xiao Yiguan's rage-fueled strength, the pain felt by Yang Lichao was doubled. 

Being left-handed and honed by daily military training, the force behind the blow was overwhelming. Yang Lichao bent his body, gasping for breath as the pain radiated through his entire body. Dizzy and disoriented, Yang Lichao fell to the ground, curling into a ball while clutching his stomach in pain. After a while, he started retching, unable to suppress the torment all over his body.
