I stood there still as I tightly held the handle, And no! I'm not nervous, I'm just so excited, If I just press her a little harder I'll be able to get whatever I want in this live. I pushed the door and slowly tiptoes inside,

Kyle was sitting with her head facing the window, I could tell that she had so many things going in and out her little head. She couldn't even notice my presence even after two minutes of being infront of her,

I cleared my throat to grab her attention and it worked, she snapped her head and when her eyes met mine. She was startled and in a blink of an eye she started to tremble. Her face reddened and I could tell that she would murder me if she could. She can't though.

I walked out hurriedly before she get to ask me any question however when I reached outside It felt like something was missing in my soup " Yeah! A little bit of curry " so I decided to add a little bit of chill power in my well cooked cuisine, I squeezed the door and only put my head inside,

The girl was still on the ground which really shows that what I did bear fruits. I watch her desperate state and smile , she really is a fool. " Just so you will owe me , Ask Lara if she knew what happened that day your mother died , She saw it or not. Hahaha ", I calmly spoke.

I then slammed the door and run away, I somehow felt heavy now I use all my cards , from this point onwards it's them to figure out how to get away with it. And It's about the goddamn time for me to claim my reward.

As I was in the elevator I pressed the ground floor and head straight to my car , I really should go and see my Maggie and share this good news. " Just wait for me "

Third Person's Pov

Kyle watched as that ' imprudent being ' shove her head in like a rat and spoke as uncultured as her personality was. When she slammed the door again she just sat there and watch her shadow dissappeared quietly.

She didn't felt curious about what she just said "Mother " , Realistically she doesn't really know much about her biological mother , what was she like or what she likes.

To her , she was just someone who gave birth to her and nothing more. Even so she hates it when people mention her.

Growing up she would hear stories from auntie Melissa who raised her until her teenage, she was pretty and well refined, all stories was about her beauty but nothing about her casual daily life. And after she passed away when Kyle was fourteen nobody really talked about her mother in that household.

As her thoughts still far away, exploring her past suddenly the door opened. It was the middle of the night, Nobody should be allowed to visit at the time like that other than her caretaker,

Kyle snapped her head and saw a tall black figure, she extended her hand and switched on the lights, her eyes widen. In front of her there was Lara, she was standing there like a statue with her eyes half closed,

" Lala...? "

She called but Lara didn't say a word instead she walked towards her and sat beside the bed. When she came closer Kyle could smell the odor of expensive grapes wine. Slowly Lara raise her head and Kyle saw her puffy red eyes,

" Were you crying?"

Kyle extended her hand and wiped her tears, she didn't care about what she heard earlier for she have faith in Lara, all she wanted at the moment was to easy her burden, she is suffocating when she saw Lara like this, She loved her that much.

" I hate you Kyle, I hate you so much, you make me sick, you make worry you ,you!... you are the death of me " , She Laughed as she wiped her tears. She was really drunk, she pushed Kyle's hand away and keep complaining,

" you are clumsy , You are reckless , how were you able to survive on your own ? I hate you so much " Her head was laying on the wall as she spoke harshly but Kyle didn't care , she just pull her closer to her and hugged her in her arms and stamp Lara's lips with hers,

But the kiss didn't last long.

Lara was resistant and refuses her advances but kyle with her all mighty pulled her and held her tightly. " You will complain like this when you were angry, Is there anyone you want dead? " Kyle asked as she was caressing her hair.

" Killing her wouldn't hurt her the way I want , If It were for my command I would have cut both of her legs "

Hahahahahahha! " How cruel? You have changed, I used to be the heartless one " Kyle commented.

It always been her and not the other way around. Lara break off Kyle embrace and grabbed her cheeks "I'm drunk now! " She said as her eyes were locked with Kyle's. " It's not my fault tonight I'm just drunk, right? ",

She asked and Kyle nodded. She keeps staring at her which somehow annoyed kyle and the next moment she knew they were kissing again, Kyle grabbed her on her waist and shoved her tongue in her mouth.

As their skins rubbed against each other's goosebumps covered both of them. they all lost the race they haven't even started , Lara held her tightly as her eyes slowly opened. Her sixth sense were buzzing, She looked at the window and all she could see was the other high buildings from miles away.

However she was never wrong. Someone was watching them. They were far but they were watching closely.
