Vincent led Prudence into the less dense side of the forest. She wasn't riding with him, so the chances of her losing her way weren't slim. Prudence was rational for most part of the day but sometimes she used to take not-so-smart decisions.
"Since we are here, where do you wish to explore within the forest?" Vincent broke the silence as usual.
Prudence's eyes were wandering around everywhere. It was one of the most serene surroundings. Not to mention, Vincent's manor was located on a small hill, which he obviously owned. Large acres around the manor were kept as a natural habitat for the wild. This only made the place desolate from the rest of the town, if not the world. Prudence could feel her mind at ease with the surroundings but not so much with her company.
"I do not know much around here," Prudence replied, letting Vincent decide on his own and hoping to end the conversation.
