After they entered the shop, the clerk's eyes fell on them. When he saw clearly their clothes, he raised his eyebrows and showed great interest.
"Now that you are here, you should know the rules of the North City, right?" The clerk looked at them with a mocking smile.
"May I ask what you mean?" Chart asked, looking at the clerk in front of him.
"I've told you that the goods sold in this shop are the most expensive. If you don't have money, you can go out!" The clerk looked at them and said sarcastically.
"Do you mean that we don't have money to buy anything?" Carlos squinted at the clerk and said.
"Yes!" The clerk said proudly. "The world is very realistic. You can't even afford to buy anything. How dare you come here? It's so humiliating."
"Sir, although we don't have money to buy things, we have our dignity. I advise you to restrain yourself. Don't provoke us." Carlos said coldly.
"Dignity? If you have dignity, you can prove it with money!" The clerk sneered.
