Chapter 4: Sensing Mana, and forming my core

It's been about 1 month since I have arrived in this world, but I am not 100% sure about of the time period I was born in. I mean, I can't exactly talk yet, maybe when I reach the age of 1 or 2 years old I will act like a curious child and ask some questions

Well in my new life, I was not as embarrassed as last time, but it is still pretty embarrassing to not be able to control your bladder.

Maybe in preparation for my next life, I will create a method for a baby to control their bladder.

Anyways, I have been spending most of my time meditating, and I have already sensed mana. It was fairly easy, especially considering that I had sensed and manipulated chakra before.

Even with the non-existent mana I have, I have been able to compare it to chakra, and I have to say, what I found out… disappointed me.

I mean with chakra, even if you have your natural chakra elements, you will be able to manipulate the 5 basic chakra elements with training.

But with mana, you cannot do that! However, I still don't know if it is because they do not have the proper methods to manipulate mana or some other reason.

Mana also feels weaker than the normal chakra, however requires lesser control, at least for me. I mean, I used to control amounts at levels higher than Biju's themselves, compared to that, this is nothing.

However even after saying all this, it will take me around 1 year to awaken. I mean, I will be able to do it in 9 months if I spend every second of my time trying to absorb mana, but I need to find out which time period I am in, and more about the Uchiha's of this world.

Just like that, 1 year quickly passed. I was able to do a lot of things, for a baby that is.

The main thing is, I was able to find out a little more about the clan.

My father was the head of the clan, and I am the next clan head to be.

There were around 200 people in the clan, and among them, only 50 were civilians.

There used to be more, but they died in the war against the elves. I also was able to deduce something huge.

While the Uchiha did not want the crown, they were still arrogant, and while they did not openly disobey the crown, they did what they wanted. From this, I was able to tell that the crown did not like the Uchiha, but kept up with them due to their strength and support during the war.

(A/N: Madara is just assuming at this point)

'Sigh, why does my clan always behave like this, no matter the world?' I thought.

I was also able to tell that the Uchiha awaken their eyes when they awaken their mana core.

This was probably what the old man meant when he said he took care of the curse. Usually to awaken the Sharingan one has to face loss, or intense stimulation on the battlefield to awaken their eyes.

'Tsk they were basically handed greatness.' I thought.

Even after all this, I saw no signs of the Mangekyo Sharingan. I was not sure if nobody had the eyes, or they were not showing the eyes.

I also learned that the Uchiha were rich, but not very rich. In terms of wealth, they could be said to be around 6th in the Kingdom of Sapin.

Another thing is, I was able to use miniscule amounts of mana in the atmosphere to enhance the growth of my body. It was similar to when I used the Gedo-Mazo's vitality to stay alive, but this time, I used mana to slightly enhance my body's growth.

So, I was able to walk at the young age of 8 months, and talk soon after.

I was hailed as a genius, and everyone was excited about my future. The downside of this was, it was not only the Uciha clan, everybody heard about the young genius, and I am annoyed thinking about the king's possible reaction.

I mean, while I am not 100% sure that the king is out to get us, it does not hurt to be cautious. I am just annoyed, as this might cause them to get funny ideas. I mean, I am not worried, it won't take me long to grow strong after all.

I did find out some other things, but that wasn't what was important. The important thing was, I was about to awaken.

According to my schedule, I was meditating in my backyard, and I could feel the mana from the atmosphere being absorbed into my core.

Then, slowly but surely, a massive vacuum of mana formed around me. I was oblivious to this fact and just continued to absorb the mana around me.

Little did I know, a mini-typhoon formed around me, and my parents immediately felt what was happening, and rushed over to where I was, what they saw shocked them.

A/N: I read in the wiki that the degree of force depends on the talent, and I was tempted to say a storm so big formed, where thunder came and what not. If enough people ask, I might edit it, but it will obviously cause me to change my plans, so comment fast haha.
