Cindy glared at her sister, who had barged in without knocking.
She had no idea how long Winter had been standing there and assumed her sister must've heard everything.
"Do you not know how to knock, sis?" Cindy asked sarcastically.
"She's my wife. She's allowed to come in and out of this office without knocking," Sebastian reprimanded her instantly. "You should know your place as an intern here."
Cindy darted her eyes at Sebastian, feeling hurt and betrayed by his response. She hadn't expected him to take Winter's side even though Cindy was the one who acted more excited when meeting him, unlike her sister, who always had that standoffish attitude when talking with Sebastian, her own husband.
