"Um… Mr. Saenz?"
Sebastian snapped out of his daze and frowned at Cindy. "Why are you still here? Go and help Iris at the secretary's desk."
"O—Okay, Sebastian—I-I mean, Mr. Saenz!" Cindy blushed even more, her ears were turning bright red. "Sorry, I keep calling you Sebastian because my sister told me we should work closely together."
"Did she really say that?" Sebastian asked.
"Yes!" Cindy replied confidently. "That's why maybe I can call you Sebastian in private instead?"
Sebastian didn't give an immediate response. He dismissed her to have some time alone and breathe because everything was too distressing for him.
He recalled the expression that Winter made when Cindy entered his office.
She looked hurt, angry, and humiliated.
Winter was really good at containing her anger, but Sebastian could easily crack her guise to know her true feelings.
