the beginning

As I dodged the attack from the enemy I grabbed my diamond engraved pistol which I had gotten on my 14th birthday. I hit him right between the eyes and he dropped dead.

Again I won, no game will ever be as fun as murder mania. It is a game in which you go after people you are a distinct disadvantage as you are just a normal human and the people you have to kill are strong superhumans.

A blue text appeared Infront of my eyes. *you have not yet completed your mandatory exercise routine please get back to work.* ''cancel.'' *sorry but this is not cancelable every human being has to do mandatory exercise. ''okay.''

I went onto the ground and started doing push ups. after 5 minutes the text box appeared again. *you have 1 unread message. Will you open it.* ''Open.'' *Voice message will now start playing* ''Hey son are you coming down soon it is almost the 30th hour of the 10th week, or New Year. If you aren't finished with your exercises come down in 10 minutes max. see ya.'' *end message*

''Thanks dad now I even have to hurry to finish my exercises.''

Finally done. I thought to myself. *you have finished your daily task of 1000 push ups*

I went down and was met with smiles. ''you didn't actually have to do it in 10 minutes you just had o finish it before the countdown.''

10. 9. 8. 7. 6. 5. 4. 3 .2 .1 ... Time seemed to stop, the clocks ticks were in audible and instead of ticking forward they ticking backwards with the sound of human screeches.

Ascendant stealer (active) : you have the capabilities to take out of a part of someone's body and then steal one of their skills or some of their stats, the part that you have to take a bite of appears above someone's head.

grave robber (passive) : you can perfectly steal from all graves without ever being caught even if it is done

Calculative killer (passive) : You can slow down time to 1/2 of what it is normally and use this time to find the best way to kill someone. the time will increase with the skill's level. You will feel great after killing someone and will feel more eager to kill someone. (level 1)

murder knowledge (stat): you know more about facial expressions and how to kill someone and more knowledge about criminal facts and murders.

Mind domain (active) : When ever you are in a fight you can summon your mind domain which is a 10 by 10 meter area in which you become twice as good in everything. This is a skill every ascendant class has. The skills level will only increase if you kill another ascendant and will then increase by the level of their mind domain by the level of the mind domain. the area increases in size by 10 meters on every axis. your the effect on your skills also goes up by one so from 2 to 3. If 2 mind domains clash the higher level 1 will win, if they are at the same level than they will be nullified. (level 1)

Pickpocket (active) : You can pickpocket someone perfectly every time.

Imitation (active) : you can perfectly imitate someone's body and voice just not how you act. 0.1 mana per minute active

Weakness detection (passive) : red circles glow around the weak points of a creature/human.

Ascendant Enhanced Dexterity and speed (passive/active) : your dexterity and speed are increased by 3x. If you activate this skill you dexterity and speed are increased by 0.1 per second it is active for 2 minute and then decreases to 1 for 5 minutes after this. (level 1)

As time was still stopped I looked around. My dads expression had gotten grim, He looked like he was ready to kill someone. Well maybe he was. I thought I would have been disturbed by my thoughts, but I was not. Maybe it was because of my murder knowledge stat.

''open.'' I felt no shock at this notification as if I already knew what would happen. I looked to my side and saw my mother and brother looking at the notifications in pure shock. My dad still had a murderous look on face. As the box started rolling like a lot machine. I do not trust him, he might try to kill me.

The box kept rolling and then stopped. *EPIC*. *you have gotten the dagger of magical movement. Boon: you can teleport a max of 1 km once every 10 minutes behind someone's back. ''hmm quite good.'' *you and the people in your house will now fight till all of you except 1 dies or you figure out who of you got tagged as the imposter. the imposter will have to kill the rest to survive and the others have to kill the imposter to survive, you will have 10 minutes.*

As I looked at my window I somehow already knew that I was the imposter before it even showed me. I readied my knife, I knew what I had to do. I wanted us to continue living happily ever after but I also didn't want to die. I decided that I was the youngest here and would still live the longest so I should survive.

The bells of new year rung. A notification popped up before us all: *5 highly intelligent life forms left* I quickly scanned the surrounding and then my eyes fell on my dog. As I did this I noticed a red color in the corner of my eye. It was my dad he was wielding a dagger and had stabbed my brother. A single tear fell from my eyes but no more of me was spared for my beloved brother who I spent days with. No prayer no nothing I didn't even dare look at that miscreation. I then realized what I had said, but I did not care. Maybe this is what I always have thought of my brother.

mom screamed: ''what are you doing Richard.'' As she screamed this out his eyes flickered up and he went for her and slit her throat before she even had the chance to realize she had died.

''O dad what class did you get, because you don't seem like your usual self.'' A smile went across my face as he charged at me. I teleported behind him with the ability of my dagger and killed him.
