Captain justice one of America's top athletes standing at 6'5 blond spiky hair all muscle his body suit was red, white & blue age 35 & he has been on several deployment with the US military he was called in to the killgore organization office to face Newton killgore

•Justice: " Newton Killgore I thought I would have a partner"

•Newton: " You were Captain but he got scared & killed him self you gonna have to fight this mission solo I'm afraid"

•Justice: " Thats Fine with me i like it better that way"

•Newton: " Do you know .... my question for you is pretty standard can you do the task your about to be assigned ? "

•Justice: " Nothing is too hard for Justice!!!!!!!!! "

•Newton: " Good man, Good man, Make your country proud"

On the mountain time Khali was walking around the mountain side he would stay on the mountain side as if he was expecting something or he just like this place cause it brought him some fun memories of all the individuals he murdered; it was at that time Captain Justice would appear behind Khali

•Khali: " I was wondering when another piglet would show up & here you are "

•Justice: " Khali Alli-Fabb today you will face Justice"

•Khali: " Hahahahaha I love it when they try to play hero .... red,white & blue you from America ?"

•Justice: " Yes I am America's greatest hero "

•Khali: " hahahahaha I'll be going there soon & when I do many of little piglets will die ..... & if your there so called greatest hero what better way to start then with you "

•Justice: " ......"

Aura would arise from the body of Justice; Justice would dash at punch it was blocked with his ring blade;Khali would then knee him in the chin; followed by a punch to the side of the face of Justice; Khali would front kick him in the chest; Khali would attempt to slash him with his ring blade but would miss a free slashes; Justice would then begin to box but all of the punches were avoided; Khali would ram his head in the face off Justice; giving him a bloody nose; Justice would shift to the side & punch Khali in the rib cage; he would the shift to the front & punch Khali in the stomach; Khali would try to vertically slice Justice in half but it was avoided;Justice would clothes line; Khali; Justice would then Punch Khali sending him rolling on the ground

•Justice: " Justice always prevails....."

Khali would stand up grinning at Justice

•Khali: " I think this blade is weighing me down"

Khali would drop the ring blade as aura would rise from his body

•Khali: " Ok .... American piglet round 2 "

Khali would then dash at Justice booth would trade strikes going back & forth; It was very intense so much so the rocks were hovering; & static was around the both of them; Justice would break ground & punch Khali in the stomach; he would then grab him by the head & deliver multiple headbutt repeatedly back & forth; Khali would grab Justice by the wrist & ram his head in the bottom of the chin of Justice & he was dazzed; Khali would then shift to the side & kick Justice into the ground; Khali would then dash down & punch Justice in the stomach as he would cough up blood; Justice would elbow Khali in the face; catch him & put him in a arm triangle & it was tight

•Justice: " Justice wins !!!!!!!!!!!"

•Khali: " Hahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Khali would rip the skin off of the back of Justice he would release Khali; & knee him in the face; Justice would then dash in the air

•Justice: " Time to finish this !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Justice would dash down fist first

•Justice: " JUSTICE SMASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Khali would make a cross blocking in but the collision was massive & it was a huge bang; In the mix of this Justice lost his arm & he was out of breath

•Justice: " I ... I have won .... ALL IN THE NAME OF JUSTICE....... JUSTICE PREVAILS"

From behind Justice Khali was walking with his ring blade displaying a sinister grin he would walk towards Justice slowly & was shift; forward & cut Justices Head off with his ring blade.

The next day the Killgore Organization got word that Justice had failed his mission; as Newton killgore called in a very familiar name in the assassin world

•Newton: " I've heard a lot about you ........ so tell me do you kill for money or for entertainment ?"

•Mercenary Tao : " Such a simple question Killgore...... the answer to that question is both "
