THE POWER LEVELS IN PLANET HAFARI ARE BASED ON THIS.

Level one on planet Hafari is only the early stage of the Qi refinement stage in Eldora, level 2 is the mid-stage of Qi refinement, and level 3 martial artists are only peak Qi refinement stage cultivators.

It continues like that: level 4 martial artist= early stage foundation establishment, level 5=mid stage foundation establishment, level 6= peak stage foundation establishment, level 7= early core formation stage, level 8= mid-core formation stage, level 9= peak core formation stage.

There are currently no level 10 on planet Hafari, level 10= the early nascent soul stage
