I've been with Chloe in my office for the past thirty minutes, trying to do some paperwork. Thankfully, she was a lovely kid and played around while I worked. I kept glancing at her to make sure she was alright and every time our eyes met, she smiled at me. Her smile was so beautiful that my heart melted whenever she directed it at me.
She was an adorable little girl and reminded me so much of my stepbrother, Nate_the same reason Alexis doesn't want to be with me. She thought it was wrong to be in a relationship with me after dating Nate, but I don't see anything wrong with it. I want to take care of her, and the child, and I wouldn't give up until I have her where I want her_in my arms with no obstacles between us.
